Absolute best experience I’ve ever had working with a dealership. We will be recommending any of our family or friends looking for a vehicle to go there and use Ted Mitchell as their product specialist (sales associate). Great sales man who never made us feel rushed or pushed into a vehicle. Very laid back and enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle with them. Sales manager Brian was also exceptional as was the gentleman we worked with in finance. Overall great experience! Only thing we could suggest is more computers for the sales staff- only a couple computers in there for them to use and at that the first one our product specialist tried using kept freezing and deleting our information. He was patient with the technology issues though and made it all happen for us which is what truly matters! The level of customer service was worth the wait the technology was giving us!

Wow! I always heard that people from Cuba had respect and manners but this experience with Orlando was amazing! How respectful and courteous he was of my needs- and even though I did not sit down with him and buy a car I am definitely going to! He treated me like I was the most important person at the dealer at that moment and even my husband was impressed and that "NEVER HAPPENS!" Thank you Sarasota Ford and Orlando we will be back with MANY FRIENDS!

My wife and I were in the market for a new crossover/SUV so we chose the Ford Edge Sport (fully loaded). I found the exact vehicle we were looking for and it was available at Sarasota Ford.
I called and spoke with Millie and her team about our trade in and possibly buying their new 2017 Ford Edge Sport. Her very helpful manner with me on the phone and quick response to my questions was a delight. Prior to speaking with her I did a quick review check on the dealership and was pleased to see others with positive reviews, so we decided to take a 2hr drive from Naples with our trade in vehicle and see if we could go home happy with a new Ford Edge Sport.
When we arrived we were checked in at front desk and shortly thereafter was greeted with a bright smile from Millie. Long story short.we got a great trade in value for our car, bought the new Ford Edge Sport at a great price and was impressed with the overall experience as we left for home..happy customers for sure.
From first contact to the end Millie and her team of experts were a joy to work with. A rare experience in buying a car from a dealership.
It was a no hassle experience, can't say enough how well it went. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed.
I am not the type to give reviews but this was an exceptional experience that warranted a kind word.

On my visit to Sarasota Ford, Al in sales in was very precise and patient with me and we talked about a lot of important information in regards to my new car and what to expect for monthly payments and service work if needed. Also, Seth helped me in the finance department! These guys are fun to work with and make buying a car easy! Both of these guys were extremely nice and very helpful throughout the entirety of my visit! If you go to Sarasota Ford to look for your dram car (like me!) make sure to ask for Al in the sales department and when you need to talk finance, ask for Seth in the finance department!

The cafe and massaging chairs are my go to when I come in for service. But thanks to Daniel and Eric I do not have to worry about my old car any more. I love my new fusion and I still can't believe they were able to make it so nice and easy. Thank you

Great dealership, very friendly staff and very competitive price on used vehicles. Plus they have a Tranquil massage room for people looking to purchase a vehicle which is something I've never seen before. Also have a cafe and movie theater inside so it doesn't quite feel like a dealership. If you're looking to purchase a car as we did definitely ask for George he was amazing! Between the great staff and the very easy-going non-aggressive way of selling a car I will definitely buy another one from them.

Best car buying experience ever!! My salesman was Al he is fantastic so friendly and helpful made it really comfortable. We found the car I wanted and they were able to get me finaced. I bought a used car and had a couple of issues and Al made sure they were all addressed. Picked up my car today and super happy! If your looking to buy go here no pressure and they will get you in your car!

This dealership was wonderful!! A special thank you to the salesman Daniel Day who stopped at nothing to make sure I was happy with my choice. As well as the finance gentleman Seth who made sure I got a great deal and stayed within my budget. I love my new car and will always check with them first before I go anywhere else. We are currently in the market to purchase a new vehicle we have been to several dealerships and end up leaving disgusted because the salesmen are so pushy! When I walked into Sarasota Ford it was a completely different atmosphere. We were greeted by Orlando who was warm and welcoming, he introduced us to his Manager Brian who was equally warm and welcoming "hard to find in a salesman let alone the Manager!" Orlando showed us around to look at several different cars, and was right there by us if we had any questions.. He never at any moment was pushy or demanding nor did he try forcing us to go inside and fill out paperwork like all the other dealerships did! I must say Orlando has an amazing sense of hospitality and respect and clearly wants to make the customer happy! I felt I needed to let everyone know if they want a comfortable and happy buying experience to go to Sarasota Ford and speak to Orlando! We will definitely be back to buy a car from him and most likely make Sarasota Ford our go to place for all future purchases as well as refer our friends. Thank you Sarasota Ford for hiring salesmen who care about the people and not just another sale!

J.R. Soto is one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with anywhere. We have spent a couple days at Sarasota Ford looking for just the right car. J.R. is so knowledgeable of the Ford product and goes out of his way to see to the customer's needs. He was quick to bring us cold water on a hot day and even presented us with a food voucher to use at their snack bar late in the day. Although we have not purchased a vehicle yet, we will continue to work with J.R. at Sarasota Ford as soon as we find what we're looking for.

I've NEVER had a more pleasant car-buying experience! We definitely reccomend asking for Carlos Garcia, he was honest, helpful. Not pushy at all like most salesman and he was great with our 3 year old daughter. She even gave him a fist bump at the end of the day. We left with a beautiful 2017 Ford Fusion and he worked really hard to get us a great deal. Even Eric who worked with us in the finance department was informative, helpful and informative. We will gladly do business with them in the future!

J.R Soto was great!!! Helped me buy my first new car!! I had to take my 9yr old son with me and we spent 2 days there trying to find myself a car i loved. And my son was entertained the whole time. One lady took him to movie theater they have. And he loved the massage chairs!! And they gave us complementary food cards for free lunch!! BOTH DAYS!!Can't get much better. They really want to make you happy there!! J.R. really went out of his way to make me happy and make sure i get what I wanted. Had a great experience for my first car buying adventure!! THANKS AGAIN SARASOTA FORD and J.R!!!

We walked on to this dealership and were so impressed! Best car buying experience ever! Todd was awesome, friendly, helpful, and transparent. No pressure or intimidation from him. We left there happy with our beautiful red jeep. The dealership was awesome too. They have a full deli and snack bar, masseuse and massage chairs! Just too cool!
