Was very pleased with my car buying experience at Toyota of Sarasota. Whitney was our sales representative and she did an exceptional job. The minor flaws in the car were repaired free of charge and they did a superb job! Would definitely recommend Toyota of Sarasota and would purchase further vehicles from this establishment.

I take my fabulous 2011 Prius here for service.
It’s a wonderful experience.They are prompt.The service reps are always eager to serve.Ask for Mr Unger.ExcellentThey even accept Apple Pay,my favorite.
The waiting room is comfortable with coffee and pastries.Although they were all gone the day I was there.

I want to thank Mark Ozbourn over at Toyota of Sarasota for making my car buying experience a great one. This was extra special because it was the first time I've ever purchased a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable and very laid back. He wasn't pushy or aggressive at all. He respected the customer's knowledge as well, which makes all the difference in the decision to purchase. Fabulous experience here. Great place to buy a vehicle. I don't have the best credit in the world but not only did my salesperson (Whitney) but the finance person did an outstanding job of getting me approved. Love my Tundra and definitely will be purchasing her again when the time comes.

Blake Crimson was well-versed on every vehicle that caught my eye. I eventually chose the 2018 4Runner and he was patient, helpful and eager to assist in anyway he could, even after the deal was done. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend my friends to him.

Our experience at Toyota of Sarasota was top notch. We purchased a brand new Toyota 860 after learning every detail of the car from our very knowledgeable and experienced sales associate Bryan Reese. Bryan want above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and timely. He went out of his way to move the process along like calling the insurance company for us, look up exact amount owed on our trade in ect. while my husband filled out paperwork. This was by far the least amount of time we have ever spent at a dealership. 10 stars to Bryan and we will definitely be back for our next vehicle. Also every employee I came in contact with was genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is well run and the manager from Kentuckysorry can't remember his name was awesome as well. He is running a great dealership. We are very happy!!!

Great experience! We bought new Toyota Camry and the sales rep Jason Crooks was fantastic. He gave us excellent service. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted! I will recommend Toyota of Sarasota to all my friends.

I would like to say thank you for everyone at Toyota Of Sarasota!! Thanks Scott Foster for the VIP treatment, you are 100% nice every time I go there, and also Robert. Everyone is amazing. I love to go there for my car services. And drink the best coffee ever!!!! It's always a pleasure to drive from Parrish ( where I live) and go there. Can't wait for the 4 Runner 2020!!!!!

Was the best experience I've had a dealership. I had john Dominguez assisting me today and he did a great job. He was very detailed and kept me apart of the sale the whole time. Scott stiffler was down to earth and made sure I was understanding of everything and wasn't pushy. I really appreciated all their help. Super relaxed there. Buy your car here!!!

Mitch Smith is at the top of our list for Customer Care and Satisfaction. Very personable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Made sure we got the Highlander that we wanted. Very stress free experience. Damian in Finance was also knowledgeable and cared about the customer. We will highly recommend Mitch and Toyota of Sarasota.

From start to finish we couldn't have had a better experience. We have a growing family and needed a bigger car to fit us. Scott Foster and Jeff Palmer ensured that we were well taken care of. They were able to fully answer all our questions, helped us get the rates we were looking for, and patiently waited while my partner and I discussed our options. We didn't feel pressured to go one way or another. Our nine month old was with us and they were wonderfully accommodating and their whole staff was incredibly friendly. While the whole process was easy and smooth, we especially loved that we left with a fully insured, plated, and registered car at the end of it. If you are looking for an easy car buying experience this is the place and ask for Scott or Jeff, couldn't be in better hands!

The best service I have ever received from any dealership! Kind, courteous, and they put my needs above everything else. It was all about getting me the deal and the truck that worked best for me! Came in to complete a lease buy out of my Toyota Camry and within 2 hours - paperwork was done, car was financed with a better rate than I had expected and laughs were had. I worked with two wonderful sales folks and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. This location is about 45 minutes from my home but the drive was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you Sarasota Toyota for making my lease buy out painless! Your team is superb!!!! I can't wait for my folks to come down and work with your team!
