Rosie is the best car saleswoman ever! She is the Wonder Woman of cars. Her energy is upbeat, her knowledge of vehicles is amazing. I enjoyed my car purchasing experience with her and when it is time for me to buy another car, she will be a major deciding factor in where I go to have her expertise guiding me.

I have bought my last two cars from Gettel Toyota and recently considered a trade in towards a newer automobile. I was impressed with the salesman that helped me, Chad Lash, and others that assisted, Andrea Lilly & Jessica Wright.
Chad was a very pleasant salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable and low pressure and tried hard to find me the best car and price. Gettel also gave me a great price for my trade in vehicle. I also like their Service Center. I would highly recommend using Gettel Toyota for your next car purchase.response / report this review -

I drove to Gettel Toyota from Miami, Florida having a Toyota dealer six minutes from my home. I have to say, that from the moment I walked in, until the very end when we closed the deal, my experience was a positive one. A special thank you to Ashley for organizing everything up. My salesman was Chad. He was never pushy or arrogant. Instead, he was knowledgeable and patient. The general manager, Mr. Webb, came by several times to talk to us and congratulate us on our purchase. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Sales Specialist Theo Jean-Pierre was very welcoming, he took the time to learn about me my family and life , he was very polite and caring , and helpful toward finding and putting me in a car that fits all my needs.. He is not the type of sales person that that just wants to take your money and kick you out of the door! Good experience! I will continue to shop with Theo at Gettel Toyota of Bradenton! Very much recomended!

This is a top notch dealership. From the upper management down the people working at Gettel Toyota of Bradenton genuinely care and will work hard to earn your business. Everyone working there is always willing to help you. Their sales reps know their product and will make great suggestions about a vehicle that you didn't even know you were looking for! The finance team will work hard to get you in the vehicle you want at a payment you can afford. For me they actually got a lower monthly payment for me than what I was originally told. They keep calling around to get me a better deal even after I had agreed to a different, higher payment. Who does this for a customer?!? The service team is outstanding and, no matter how busy they are, are always friendly and make you feel like you are the only one there. They respect your time and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Do yourself a favor, give the team at Gettel Toyota of Bradenton a chance. They will treat you like family! You won't regret it!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gettel Toyota in Bradenton. I went several places before finding my perfect car at a great price. When I walked in it was a very nice relaxed environment, I was greeted instantly put politely as not with other places I have experienced. I dealt with a man who was very knowledgeable, Mr Hector Vega, he found me just what I was looking for. I feel as though he gave me an exceptional deal and a great car buying experience with out the extra headache. Great place thanks guys!

I give Gettel Toyota of Bradenton 5 stars with my eyes closed. The customer service representatives at Service & Parts are amazing, especially Monica who always receive me with her big smile. She also gives me good deals when I need a part for my vehicle, an is able to answer all my questions. They also have this shuttle Service to take me home if the repair is going to take long so I can continue with my busy schedule. Thank you Gettel Toyota, keep up with the good work!

Very happy with my car and deal! Very nice and friendly was helped immediately once I pulled on to the lot by Chantal! She was patient in allowing me to look at cars as well as test driving them. I was able to make decision without feeling pressured at all by her or anyone. Very receptive to what I needed and what I was looking for out of a vehicle and also gave great recommendations.

Very helpful staff. Ashley S was great to work with. She was kind, helpful in accommodating my schedule, and was able to answer any questions i had. Ryan O was also great to work with. I didn't feel pressured to buy, he helped me find what i was looking for.

Hector was great and Ashley who originally got me into the dealership were very awesome. Joan who I was setup made it clear she didn't want me to waste her time. As a car buyer ready to buy that should've been apparent to her. She also made a comment about not trusting customers during our test drive which made me uneasy. I told her what I wanted from the very start of getting in, but yet she didn't seem to care. Like I said Ashley and the manger hector were great but from my experience with Joan I wasn't a fan. I work in the service industry. Hospitality to be exact and there are ways to do things and ways not to do them. Joan did give me popcorn and water but that wasn't the saving grace I needed.

What an outstanding experience purchasing a brand new RAV4 Special Edition from Jared! As an indecisive person, I had been dreading the car buying process for months but Jared immediately put me at ease. He was extremely patient as I considered different models and took me through the features and advantages of each vehicle. He went above and beyond (staying very late) to make sure I felt confident as this was the first car I have purchased on my own. I really appreciated him answering all of my questions and when I decided, specially ordering the car in the color I wanted and getting it to me super fast!! Thank you to the whole team at Gettel, and especially Jared, I will absolutely be back!
