New chef new menu not as good as before. Sauce now very sweet and no more oil/herbs with warmed bread. Ordered 1 side meatball.charged $6!. Used to be $2.50. Got find a new go to place when in CLE
I attended Ed Corsi's event at Valenti's and had the best dinner of my life! I ordered the chicken parmesan and I thought my grandma was in the kitchen! It was the best parmesan I have ever had, just like my mom and grandma used to make. The sauce is out of this world!
The service is top notch, first class. The whole experience is the way restaurants used to be in the good old days, delicious first class food, first class service
Thank you Valenti's Ristorante~
Linda is wonderful!
She is extremely professional, and has always done a wonderful job with catering for our company!
Excellent food and even better service!!!!
We have used Valenti's numerous times and its always consistently a wonderful experience.
The best angel hair pasta and meatballs I've tasted. The food was big portions and the service was amazing!! We got to meet the chef and had a great conversation with him. The ambiance was calming. This is a MUST VISIT if you are in Beachwood, Ohio.
Heirloom tomatoes may have been heirloom but they were not ripened on the vine. Not off to a good start. The server assured me green tomatoes were heirloom but I'm positive they were just green and the red ones were gritty like hothouse tomatoes. No matter what she may have said, they were not good. Then to top it off, there's crazy music where the volume is drastically up-and-down. And then the bartender turns on sports television right beside where I am sitting which no one's watching. That's it, I left, almost nothing could have made this better.
Easter brunch what a disappointment!!!! Pulling up the place looked closed, no lights or welcoming atmosphere. None of the dishes were labeled so you were left guessing at what you were eating. The Antipasti station was lacking in flavor and selection. There were no classic Italian meats, no Salmon Gravlax as advertised, only one type of cheese that surprisingly had no flavor, bland artichoke hearts and very bizarre salad made with Chickpeas and Tuna fish. The main selection consisted of several dishes all under seasoned and well under the correct serving temps. Cold Waffles, cold Scalloped Potatoes, cold Chicken Marsala, cold Chicken Tenders, cold Tater Tots. All were bland. This brunch was a complete waste of $32 per person!!!!
