The food and service at Paladar were excellent!! The lamb stew was so delicious. Our Waitress, Ashley, was personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Paladar is definitely in the top 5 of our favorite restaurants in Ohio!

Paladar is a pleasant restaurant to visit in the busy and hectic area on Chagrin. If you like Argentina wine, then you are in for a treat. Food and service are excellent.

Food is yummy. Service was good after I mentioned it was just OK. Server looked at me for 8 minutes before he came to table. Lunch price is great though

Overhyped and underwhelming. The food lacks a freshness and seems under flavored for what you would expect at a Latin themed restaurant. The entrees seem heavily oiled and full of sodium, as if a lot of ingredients are food-service quality. The drink menu is full of overly sweet cocktails. Even the jalapeño paloma, a drink recommended for those who like more spice and less sweet, was overly sweet.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, but is acoustically painful. An extremely loud setting which grates on the nerves. The servers were great.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, we had plantain chips and fresh guacamole to start. I ordered a mojito (one of the best I've had) and had a Cuban sandwich. Great atmosphere and great food, I highly suggest!!

This place used to be our favorite restaurant in the world. Not sure what is going on but it is feeling stale lately. Nevertheless, if you like interesting Cuban inspired food this is a must-eat place. Nothing else like it that I am aware of in NEO.

Was a unique dining experience for us. The food was quite different than we normally seek. Trying something different is always a little risky but we really enjoyed everything we got at Paladar. Our waitress was outstanding. She really made sure our first experience there was great. I will go back.
