Awful overpriced fare. The poor reputation this place has is for a reason. Understaffed , dirty restrooms, food was just mediocre Asked for warm food , server almost seemed angry. I'd advise dining elsewhere.

My wife and I go there every year for our anniversary, and we absolutely love it. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and of course the food no matter what you order is fantastic! Atmosphere is very cozy.

After looking at their menu online and seeing all of the seafood including lobster that can be purchased as all you can eat I figured it would be a really good place to have dinner. WRONG !!!! My wife and I both ordered the all you can eat walleye. The breading is so greasy you can't eat it. The fish was so full of bones we couldn't eat it. Then, we asked if we could try the shrimp instead. ANOTHER bad choice !!! No taste, horrible breading and what restaurant serves little 1 inch long peel and eat shrimp ? Yes. we tried them too. I hope a chain takes over this horribly operated outdated dump. It is what they deserve.

I went to eat at Pickle Bills last night with my brother who is up from Florida and was so disappointed in there new menu. Very little to pick from and the portions are way to much. I order breaded fish and they gave me four big pieces and red skin potatoes which they just boiled and gave you three whole potatoes. I have to say the salad was good but fried dough was tough and not warm. Rolls are better. I have enough to eat for lunch the next day but was not impressed. Use to love it there but sorry to say will not be back or recommend it . I will be going to Brennan next time until menu changes back. What if you can't eat fried food (which is unhealthy for you) there was no baked fish or shrimp on the menu. Brennan's or the new Lobster Pot in Willoughby will my next choices. Sorry

AMAZING!!! Unexpectedly, too, because I grew up in Delaware with access to fresh Maryland blue crabs and seafood galore. Ohio is not a place I would normally chance for great seafood. But, it was great! The fried dough with cinnamon butter = great unique starter. Nice fresh salads with the meals. Snow crab legs = perfect! My tiger shrimp were a overcooked and I had to douse them in cocktail sauce, but I won't take away points because I'm completely impressed with the place in general. On top of everything food, the decor is totally unique and interesting!! It's so great!! Love this place!

AMAZING! My dad, grandfather and I had the pleasure of experiencing this one of a kind dining on the lake. We asked to be seated outside, since the weather was perfect for dining "out." We sat on the lake! Our waitress was so great! She was always smiling and seemed to really enjoy her job.

We received the fried dough balls with a side of whipped cinnamon butter right as we placed our orders. YUMMY! GOOD GOODNESS! I had ordered the crab cakes. OH MY!! SO GOOD!! Two huge, deliciously made crab cakes with a side of red potatoes. This was an amazing dining experience!! The atmosphere is so unique. Two thumbs up!

**We went at 6:30pm on a Tuesday so there was no wait to be seated. And we received our food promptly. I am writing this because I've seen other reviews complaining about the wait time and food service time on what was probably dining experiences during weekend evenings (most busy restaurant times).

The location is fantastic, the staff friendly, helpful, and attentive. Based on our waiter alone, I would like to have given five stars, and it was wonderful to eat on the dock with my dog.

Unfortunately, the entrees we got were not worthy of the location or the people who served it, and were far from worthy of the price.

I want to believe since we arrived late on a holiday, the regular chef wasn't present and the stand-in was burned out. The broiled seafood platers that two of us ordered seemed more boiled (to death) than anything, and there was no discernable trace of the white wine and garlic sauce they were supposed to served with. Our mother got the stuffed shrimp, and she said they were dry also.

I would like to give it another try if I'm in the area again, as the fried dough, soups, and sides were very good, and the salads were crisp and fresh. The color of the shrimp, crab, clams, and fish was good, and they had a fresh taste, so they obviously have pride and want to serve a good meal with quality food, unfortunately they just fell short this time.

We got the perch all you can eat for four people, it's decent. It came with all you can eat fries, 14 pieces of perch and lot's of all you can eat coleslaw. Probably an unnecessary amount of coleslaw, but I can tell you none of us are leaving hungry! We also had two servers, one was in training, both made sure to bring us what we were running low on. The one in training did have an issue with printing the receipt but I'm sure she'll get better!
