The HICVCC has a lot to offer. From a simple to access mini golf, shuffle board to the game room and movie theatre. The pool area is quite extensive. The resort offers planned activities every day every hour. Impressed this far. The property is spread a bit from east to west. How much? They have a shuttle. But if you are in the western building, as we are, it's a decent, but not terrible, hike to the beach. The rooms are nice, not out of this world though. I think the floors could use a good deep clean. Nice set up on the room. Great parking garage.

I just made a stop in to the lobby to look around. It looked really nice lots of amenities a cub room for the kids a movie theater and then an escalator takes you up to the second story but I didn't go up that high. Looks like a nice place to visit

Our stay was awful!! We had extra guests in our room that were not welcome!!! Palmetto bugs and roaches.. We complained to the front desk multiple days in a row until finally on our third day they sent someone out to spray the room!! Only gave us a $30 dollar credit to use at the gift shop or restaurant!! Front desk were rude and acted as if they could care less about the bug problem and filthy condition of the room.. After the price that we pay every month and at the beginning of the year for maintenance, it doesn't show at all after seeing the condition of this place..Needs updated and some serious cleaning!! Would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone let alone recommend my family or friends to invest in this vacation club.. Worst experience I've ever had at a resort\hotel!!

Loved this place. We were in building 2 so we had a ocean view. Even if you stay in building 1 you're just a short tram ride to the beach. We got to see a rocket launch from the space center while on our balcony. Watching the big ships sail in and out of port was a plus. They have a nice restaurant with good reasonably priced food. The pool was big and nice. The down side was the lazy river wasn't working so you had to move yourself. If it weren't for that I would have given 5 stars. Oh should I mention happy hour?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We tried both the Oceanside/front (2 Bed) unit and a main building unit (2 Bed/Lockoff). The oceanfront unit was just that - a unit. No amenities were available at this location other than the beach. A free hotel tram provided shuttle service to the main building approx. 3/4 mi away. We loved the beach access but preferred the main building for ease of access to pool/restaurantetc.
Holiday Inn is investing in and expanding this site - new Signature units going in. Overall we were very satisfied with our vacation, room, cleanliness, staff and amenities.
Our thanks to all the staff who worked tirelessly to reopen the resort after Hurricane Irma. Well done!

Nice place. Quiet when I go in the Fall. Beach is good for all beach goers . Flat beach so it doesn't drop off and get deep fast. Good waves for long board surfing. Closest beach to launches and cruise shop passes (really cool). Outdoor bar is an awkward set up, only a couple of people can see the TV's (football when I'm there).
Rooms have a great set up. Some things are a bit old, but you're at the beach, who cares. As long as they work.

Our family had a great vacation here! Very nice amenities including a pool, tennis courts, gift shop and on-site restaurant. The beach is remarkable! Our kids thought the marks Turtle nests were amazing! The beachhead a rental stand run by a genuine and kind person named Jason. When he had a spare moment he hopped into the water and helped my kids learn how to get up on their surfboards that we had rented. The ability to rent surfboards kayaks and boogie boards at the beach made our vacation go from good to great! The pool was nice, and had Zero Entry pools for little kids a water slide and pools for the bigger kids too. The restaurant was good. The quality of the food though did not match the quality of the rest of the resort, though it did have lots of good options for kids.

We drove 1800 miles to get to this resort. We had trouble on the way, so the money I had set aside for the incidental hold was no longer on my card. Dana from Tennessee was super kind, understanding, and helpful. She and her manager helped me do part cash and part on my card. I was checked in within 15 minutes. I really appreciated how professional they both were the whole time and how helpful they were. The rest of our stay was thankfully uneventful. I was so happy they didn't charge extra for the mini golf, lazy river, or water slide. I have been to the Orlando resort where they do charge, so this was a wonderful surprise. There was a rocket launch from NASA while we were there and the maintainence staff was super helpful in telling us how to get a good view of it. The front desk was out of soap for the dishwasher, so they had it delivered up to our unit. We felt well taken care of here and definitely hope to make it back soon.

Used a friends time share. They called us a few times and basically lied about the benefits of going to listen to a presentation about buying a time-share, we did not fall for it. If you already have a time share, you can't get a room in the beach-front property unless you want to spend more points. When arriving in our room and saw two single beds, we were very disappointing as we were on vacation celebrating our anniversary. We were pleased when they said they could have someone come in and push the beds together until that's literally what they did. Didn't re-make the bed or give us a king size blanket, just literally pushed two beds together. The only thing that made it worth the visit was the walk to the beach and some of the staff we met.

The location itself is very beautiful, the pool is big with a lazy river and water slide to compliment. The rooms are clean, spacious and well stocked with all of your needs. However, the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating. Our numerous requests weeks and days before arrival for an ocean-facing room were not granted, unless w paid a cleaning fee to move rooms. After getting our room keys, we had an issue with our owner account while speaking with the sales staff, and the female manager was rather rude and seemed like she didn't even want to be bothered when we asked for her. Not the customer service you look for in the "service" industry, especially front management. Staff needs retraining in my opinion. Bar and restaurant staff was great and the weekend driver of the tram made the trip so much more pleasurable just by our daily interactions. That is the customer service you look for in this industry.

Love coming out here every year. The pool area is great, I love the lazy river. The rooms are spacious and the view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful. I love to see the cats out and about. All in all in a great resort

Great hotel. Beach side, great water park. You can what's the cruise ship come in and out of port. You can also catch a satellite launch. We love it here. It's cheaper during the week than the weekend

Not only have I work here for 7 yrs,my family owns a time share as well . This resort is clean and comfortable. The restaurant has good food and the bartender know how to make a drink. The pool deck is large with lots of tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. The pool is clean. And the activity staff has plenty of activities to keep you busy having fun and enjoying sun in the pool area. The pool deck also has a zero Zone and entry for the little ones who don't swim yet. Plus much more facilities at the pool to enjoy yourself. It's fun and relaxing for the whole family not to mention the beach is only a short walk away from the resort. Not to mention the staff ((which I'm part of)) is there to help you enjoy your vacation and to fill all your needs why you're staying there.
