This is an amazing, clean & lovely resort! Kitchen is well stocked, comfortable beds & lots of towels. Resturant has good food. We are looking forward to a return trip here soon!🤗

If there is a better place to stay in Cocoa Beach, I have not found it, and I have been going to Cocoa Beach every year for 22 years. The people at the desk are very friendly,and they treat you with respect as well as make you feel like family. The condo is clean, midweek bedding change is non-disruptive and appreciated, the view from the room.. WOW the View !!! When you walk into the condo the first thing that you see is a full wall of glass sliding doors that offer an un-obstructive view of the ocean. When you walk out onto the balcony in the living room, or the balcony in the bedroom, you will find it is spacious with chairs and a table, and the sounds and sight of the Ocean right there..
I will be back this year, and next year and the year after that..

Discovery Beach Resort is in a perfect location in Cocoa Beach. It is about a quarter mile north of the pier. It has wonderful amenities and the building is white with turquoise trim. It has covered parking and the beach is beautiful in front. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is absolutely great here. It is located one block east of A1A in Cocoa Beach.

Very nice resort with friendly staff. Excellent beach front and pool with accessories to rent. We loved every aspect of the outdoors around. However, not the cleanest place. Floors are dirty and the showers had mildew. All in all very happy with our visit UNTIL the threat of Hurricane Matthew. In which we were notified by other guests in the morning, not the staff, that we were to be out by 4pm so they could prep for the storm, which would be hitting in 3 days. I totally understand this, it is a big deal. BUT the staff just left the guests (we had 9 kids in our party) to fend for themselves not knowing the area or where would be best to go. No staff was around to help, and the phones went unanswered. Very unprofessional and just plain mean. We were told to get out 4 days before our stay was to end, with no help or reimbursement.
