First of all this is NOT a four star hotel! I had read the reviews before booking, and it looked promising. The location is bad, it's right off of the freeway on a very busy street. It's noisy, and at night the area can get scary as it's also next to a truck stop.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, however the rooms need updating, are dingy and dark. Hard to find an outlet for phone/tablet/ computer. TV is confusing (no TV guide). Bed is uncomfortable, not the typical BW comfy bed. The real kicker was there are no individual soap/shampoos, just a jug of soap attached to the bathroom wall and shower. Odd, very odd.
The breakfast was wonderful, the homemade salsa was delicious. What kind of ruined the semi good feelings I had, however, was when the lady in front of me checking out told of bugs falling on her head and had reported this to corporate. That's all folks!response / report this review -

Although the room was clean it wasn't a good stay for us. We needed a king bed but they had them upstairs & the ones downstairs was smoking rooms. My boo is handicap and the stairs wasn't an option for us. The double beds in the room is just so small for 2 adults unless u wear 200 lbs or less together.

Just don’t do it. This place and all its employees advertised they are pet friendly but when my dog arrived two days after my check in, the manager told me the dog was not allowed in the room by herself even if she was in a crate. He told me to take her to work with me everyday. So when I asked him for a pet policy, he told me that he was not going to show it to me and immediately got loud with me and kept interrupting when I was trying to talk to him. The more I tried to reason with him, it seemed like he was coming up with more restrictions such as she was over the weight limit (which she is not per the online pet policy) and when he saw her, he immediately said she was going to destroy his property. I called corporate and they said they were not pet friendly and it was up to the managers discretion. Customer service was able to cancel the remainder of my stay but were basically useless when It came to removing the pet charges. Justdon’t do it.

Worst western. The staff here was extremely unaccommodating. “It’s the policy, it’s the policy,” she kept saying. Yes I️ understand that it is suspicious that 8 people want to use one room to shower. But worse things have happened in a best western. And we were willing to let you watch, so

The staff was very helpful & pleasant.. The overall hotel stunk! The room was so musty smelling & such a gap at the bottom of the door that we rolled towels to help prevent extra guests joining us..
We just stayed in Myrtle Beach on the beach & didn't have a problem with musty smells.. It was beyond horrible.response / report this review -

Room is clean, pool dirty looking! Housekeeping nice! But, they need to take off that they have a Lounge/Restaurant they have converted it to living area for 7 wives! Will not patronize again! Only reason for 2 star's is because room is clean and modern.

Best experience ever had at any hotel in Brevard County. Very understanding & helpful staff; "DID NOT lie to me about anything ( no hidden charges or fees. No price gouging. No marketeers with a con just to get rooms filled.)

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in all manner of motels and small hotels, this is an awesome motel ! We needed a place to stay during Hurricane Irma 2017. When we arrived the staff was great. The motel was in very good condition. Though short staffed because of the impending hurricane, the motel was organized and helpful.
Though I live near by I would not hesitate staying here again or suggesting this motel to family and friends.response / report this review -

My wife and I stayed here in mid April of 2017, we were going on a cruise. The entire experience was great! We especially liked the gal at the front desk, she was very polite and helpful. I left my vehicle at the hotel for the week we cruised, and took the shuttle to the cruise terminal. Very easy and seamless experience. We are cruising again in September and plan on staying here again. Thanks for everything!

I deliver big trucks and was delighted with this Best Western. It is next to a truck stop, right off the highway, truck parking that they lock overnight. One of the best breakfasts I have had at a motel. The staff was great!

One of the best experiences I have ever had.under very difficult circumstances, I found myself on an extended stay in Florida last November, and the facilities were clean and fresh and the staff remarkable. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I regret it took me so long to write this review, but since I find myself here again, I am wasting no time. I returned to this hotel because of the excellent service I received in Nov 2016 and I am not disappointed. The staff is extremely accommodating and so friendly. And the free breakfast does NOT disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Thank you to this wonderful staff

Very impressed. The breakfast was awesome, pool was very clean, and the manager at the counter worked with me on staying an extended period. Next time I come down to visit, I will be there again!

The hotel was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and gave us a great start of the day. The pool area and pool were clean and quite. I love that i have access to a washer and dryer. I was able to get my laundry done and not take home tones of dirty clothes. Thanks for making my stay great!

This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. Even so, it was very quiet without a lot of road noise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of foods and drinks, and was hot. Very nice place to stay.
