Visiting son for Christmas who’s in the Air Force. Great hotel with 2 bedroom, living room and small kitchen. Great price for what you get. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent service. Good breakfast included with the price of the room. Coveniently located for my needs. Hotel is a bit old, some areas need renovation. Electrical outlets and switches are in odd, sometimes inconvenient locations. Pillows are flat to the point of nonexistence, bring your own if you can.

Fairly nice place exceptready for it the toilet next door leaked into our room and so car carpet and bedding. Tried to upgrade to a suite but they told me they were not only 100% full but their management wouldn't be until tomorrow to see if we could upgrade to a sweet. Feel like my concerns were overlooked.
Has a beautiful view of wooded area and a quiet feel. They also offer complementary breakfast and evening meals.
The manager eventually my complaint with a gift basket and a note.response / report this review -

We had one of the two bedroom suites, which was exactly what we wanted: isolated rooms with doors. It made the time in the room so much more comfortable for everyone. Our room also had a kitchenette, which we didn't make full use of (though the full size fridge was great to have). The room was clean and beds comfy.
My only complaint is the seating arrangement for eating. For a room which can sleep 8 easily, and would assume at least 4 (to justify 2 bedrooms), along with a kitchen sufficient to cook a full meal, having a table with only 2 chairs, and no other reasonable place to eat (plate in your lap on the couch is doable, but not reasonable IMHO) seems confusing. I understand not having a full dining table that seats 8, but it would be nice to have a few dual use surfaces. Even some TV trays would work great and not take up much room.
That said we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone. The drive in through the fall leaves was awesome!response / report this review -

We used this Homewood Suites for room blocks on our wedding weekend and could not have been happier! The grounds and interior are gorgeous and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We had welcome bags for all the out of town guests and the front desk had a great system for making sure these were distributed. All of our guests who stayed here had great things to say!
I stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite the night before my wedding with my family and the bed was extremely comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping (and anticipated this especially the night before my wedding), but I slept like a baby! The breakfast buffet was great for free breakfast and all the staff we encountered were wonderful! It was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
The only criticism I have is that I wished they had a bar. They have a snack shop with beer and wine for sale, so we still hung out in the lounge area that night, but it would have been nice to have a bar in the lobby!response / report this review -

Visit here for monthly events. Very poor service. Our group pays to use the space, and never feels like we are appreciated. Usually feel more forgotten than anything. Since we are there so often, you would think it would get better each time, but it is completely opposite.

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. Would have been 5 stars if we were allowed to check out an hour late for late check out. Instead we were told that we that don't usually do late check-out on Sunday and that we could only stay 30 minutes later than regular check-out time.

Hands down the most beautiful hotel in the Raleigh area. The staff from the front desk and breakfast service really make me feel welcome and at home. Adding to this experience are the well equipped spacious suites. Unlike other hotels that are in the same price range, there was enough space for my wife and I not to be elbowing each other while getting dressed for a wedding we were attending in Raleigh. The breakfast was super good with real cheesy scrabbled eggs, two types of sausage, buttered grits, waffles, French toast, pastries, and 3 different juices! This hotel was well beyond my expectations and has been bumped to the top of my list of places to stay when visiting Raleigh.

This hotel was great! Great staff. Beautiful rooms, nice kitchenette, living room, and balcony. The breakfast area was very open and nice. The pool looked nice, a lot of families out there. Wished we could have stayed for more than one night!

All employees are really friendly and helpful. My room is very well equipped with everything I need. Plenty of room in the parking lot. The surroundings are nice and quiet.

This is my new favorite hotel in the Raleigh area. I had a one bedroom suite and it's super cozy. Felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room. The balcony overlooked the pool and woods - very restful :) . Breakfast and night time social is wonderful. They even had live entertainment! I'll be back for sure.

Very clean and nice, requested a room close to entrance and first floor and literally got the first suite. Breakfast was delicious and all staff were friendly and helpful. Love that they offer shuttle service. They do only have 2 high chairs which was fine now, but wouldn't be in a few months when our baby will be old enough to need one.
