The location is excellent. It is close to major freeways and streets and major attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The king suite was good, comfortable, clean, and included full size fridge, microwave, sink, stove, living room sort of thing with TV and desk, plus another TV in bedroom. We were looking for an extended stay place and this suite fits the criteria very well. Breakfast is provided in the morning, plus a coffee machine in suite. The extended stay suited are located on a separate building adjacent to the main hotel and the entrance is controlled by suite keycard. I would stay here again, the staff was really nice.

This was my second time staying in the last 30 days. I was staying there because my organization booked the room. The first time I had a larger, two-room suite but the heat didn't work. The thermostat was set to heat with the temp at 73 but the room was at 67 all night. This time I was in a standard room. This time it functioned as expected. I was able to sleep comfortably. The staff was great both times. The breakfast is decent as well.

When visiting Cary in August, we had initially made reservations at a different establishment--which was a total nightmare. So after jumping through many hoops to get out of that place, we were overjoyed at the accommodations we found at Best Western Plus.
We were especially grateful for the courteous service that we received from Sean. Who went out of his way to help us when we were seeking rooms in the middle of the night.
The room was very clean and everything was to our liking. We are grateful to Best Western Plus, and especially Sean, for saving our trip!response / report this review -

The only reason this place gets a 2 is because the front desk staff were great. My husband had a conference to attend and we were booked there. We booked a second night on us. Wish we had not. We arrived after dark and really just settled in without looking very closely. I began coughing immediately and thought it was due to the strong smell of mold. The beds were very small so we each crawled in a bed. I awoke the next morning with bites all up one of my arms. I took my husband to his conference. I shopped and came back to resign for the next night on us. I then went to the room. I pulled back the covers on my bed. The sheets had dirt, brown spots and dog hair. I called downstairs and they immediately came. I changed rooms as they were going to spray. Apparently, my sheets were never changed and a dog with fleas slept there. It may have been bed bugs. Second room was equally moldy smelling but no bugs. We come to Raleigh often but will not be staying here. And yes, we were charged for the room. Yikes!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Excellent free breakfast, one of the better ones at hotels of this type. Overall, a nice stay. Only problem was at check-in when the initial assigned room was not available and had to wait to be given another room.

I was very pleased with personal. We had a minor issue and the staff was very proactive.
Our room was very clean and it had a fresh clean smell to it.
Billy was always smiling
James was quick to help.
Libby (?) Was so cheerful.
Thank you for a wonderful 4 day stay.

My family and I stayed there during our relocation process, and Lawrence and his team made sure that we were taken care of! If we needed anything, they made sure that we were accommodated promptly and they were always so nice! The room was spacious with double queen beds, a separate living area and a kitchenette w/ a full size fridge and microwave! It was just enough for 3, oh and they are pet friendly!

Nice place, very close to NCSU for checking on colleges or new student orientation. Plenty of parking and great breakfast. However my bed was hard and I saw more than 2 bugs in my room.

Great location convenient to large shopping center. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable room. Only complaint is that I'm a late sleeper and the complimentary breakfast ended at 9.

We only stayed for one night..but the service was excellent, the room was very nice and very clean.comfortable king size bed (sheets were a little short though). Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was awesomenice selection, fresh, hot and plentiful. Our son lives in Cary, so we will be staying at the Cary Inn again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate. The only complaint was the breakfast was ok and the coffee was acidic. We used the coffee in the room instead which was very good. The location is convenient and close everything. I will definitely stay here again.
