We rented a 3 bedroom condo for the Iron Man. Decor done very well in all the rooms. Had all we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. There was even a washer and dryer and beach chairs available. There were a table and chairs on the balcony so we could sit outside. We loved the condo we rented.

The Best place to stay.. The rooms are nice . The atmosphere is pleasant. They also have a tiki bar with good food beside the pool.

Real nice place. It's condos so there's no room service and u got to get your own tp and stuff. But real nice. No keys to lose, you use codes to get in room. Easy parking in garage 24/7 security.

We loved unit 511. The condos are wonderful, don't confuse them with the hotel and convention center, they're separate buildings. We rented unit 511 from best beach getaways and had a wonderful experience. It was very short notice and best beach getaways were very accommodating. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time.. We up graded our room the pictures are deceiving from when we made our reservations. The Dunes is ok if your on a small budget but if you can we recommend the Tides. All employees were very helpful and curious. We will definitely visit again

Excellent location, close to Spinnaker and Pineapple Willy's. Beautiful condominium. Friendly staff. The resort was clean and quiet. Security is very visible.

Update 04/04/17: Raised it from 1 star to 3 stars b/c of the maintenance man. We finally got some hot water on our last night here. The receptionist never told us their maintenance person was off. So, we waited for service in vain. The maintenance man was friendly and fixed the issue. The thermostat was broken. We were offered a room to shower in two buildings away. So imagine this: crazy thunderstorm outside, bags of clothes and toiletries, and two young children. My husband stayed behind while the thermostat was fixed. He then had to walk in the wild rain to meet us two buildings over b/c I was giving our kids a bath. Crazy! No one ever called or apologized. Beautiful building but horrible management/ customer service. (Still waiting for a call or e-mail as of 04/06/17). ||| Original Post 04/02/17: This is probably my 6th stay at the "Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium" and normally I LOVE IT here. My husband and children LOVE IT here, too. This current stay is highly disappointing. Read all the way to the bottom. Number 4 is a nightmare. (1) When we pulled into the parking lot the security guard greeted us with "do not to park in front of the building because people are throwing things at cars". Huh?! Since when? This is a nice quiet family resort. (2) We arrived here yesterday around 6 pm. My kids were looking forward to some pool time after 7 hours in the car. The pool was closed even though the sign states that the pool closes at 10 pm. There was a security guard standing in front of the pool. Fine. Maybe they just cleaned it with special chemicals? (3) So, we try using the pool again today around 5 pm and it was closed again! We checked around 7 pm and it was still closed. I wanted to stay here b/c of their heated pool. Just in case the ocean was too cold. (4) My other issue AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: NO FREAKING HOT WATER in our unit. TWO NIGHTS OF NO HOT WATER. The unit is nicely furnished and clean, but no hot water. I called the office today 3x. I called the front office at 8:07 pm and the receptionist she said she'll notify maintenance. By 9:14 pm, I call and no answer. By 9:18 pm, the receptionist said she's waiting to hear from maintenance. It's 10:10 pm and no answer yet. These rooms aren't cheap. Why wouldn't they just offer a new room? We're all going to bed with sand in our hair. Feeling disappointed and frustrated! This might be my last stay in PCB.

We got there, went to our room, and it wouldn't unlock. We had to call to get it unlocked, then had to call because the dryer didn't work. The place didn't have any kitchen/cooking type things you would need. But, the worst part- there was this lady at the pool that would kick everyone out. If kids didn't have an adult supervision with them, they kicked them out. There was a pool rules sign, and she changed it! There were 2-3 officers at the pool every day. If you want your kids to be able to go to the pool alone or with friends, well- don't even think about it The pool was not heated and freezing cold. Make sure you wear your wristband to the pool too, or you'll get kicked out no matter what age. The original sign said if you are 12 or under, no wristband is needed, but the woman changed it to 6 On the plus side, the beach was amazing, there are nearby restaurants in walking distance, and a couple of rides very close (Vomatron, Slingshot).

The condos are nice, but there's a lot of glass and mirrors, so it's not kid-friendly. They do have a kiddie pool and a bar and restaurant, but those are seasonal and are closed while we are here. The pool is nice and big and there are two jacuzzis that are pretty nice. Views are wonderful. Room with the bunk bed is really small and has literally nothing in it except the bed. The master has a nice, but bath tub and the door locks are weird and don't all work. Overall, nice stay if you can afford it, don't have kids or if you do, bring them during the "season" (after March 1st.)

I loved the condo we had. We had a Great experience and we are planning on going back again real soon. hopefully we can get the same condo next time! We also loved the pool and the beach access. It wasn't super crowded and the workers at the bar and grill along with maintenance were super nice and it was an all around great experience! I would love to purchase a condo at this location in the future if I could.
