9 of my family members were traveling to Florida from Indiana, had reservations for two rooms so we could sleep for the night and continue our travel. I made reservations over a week in advance, had proof of reserving two rooms only to get 10 minutes from the hotel and receive a call saying they only had one room for us. It was the weekend before Thanksgiving so we ended up paying $200 per room in another town. Highly unprofessional.

Exactly what I was expecting !! Free upgrade to jacuzzi suite just by being a great Diamond Status client !! Clean, quiet and updated suite. Customer service oriented and friendly staff !! I will definitely will stay again in Ramada Locust Grove for business or family trip !!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient; it's not far from the freeway. Also, this was the cheapest hotel we could find for the night, and it felt like our money went pretty far.

It suited our needs just fine. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. It's right next to a shopping center so there's no lack of things to do. It has a tiny gym with one treadmill, one elliptical and one stationary bike. It has an indoor saltwater pool but we didn't partake. The parking lot is small and the drive is so steep that the road shows grooves where it scraped many a car's undercarriage. I liked it there, just be sure to specify if you want a smoking or non-smoking room.

I just checkee out from here! Loved the beds, very soft and comfortable. Loved it so much. Although, lighting was a problem, I feel as if there could be more.

I loved the bed; it was so comfortable. Now the shower left much to be desired. The shower heads need to be changed-out to larger flowing heads and their bath towels are super small. The continental breakfast was meager at best, but the coffee was good and the front desk workers were good company and very helpful.

The pool was warm, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room looked very appealing upon arrival. In the room and bathroom, I felt there should have been more lighting available. The shower had no lighting except what came from over the sink. I liked the shampoo and conditioner they provided.
Breakfast area was clean and neat and had maybe 6 or 7 tables. The eggs and sausage were good. The were biscuits available as well as waffle batter, oats, grits, bananas, coffee, juice, today, yogurt, milk, cocoa, and maybe tea.
I would stay there again and would recommend it.response / report this review -

Good looking room. Great bed. Wifi access points didn't show up on my devices but we were too tired anyway. The toilet struggled. We had to hold handle down to flush and it often took 2 flushes for everything to clear.

The room was clean, pillows soft and fluffy. Good WiFi and cable. Lobby had soda and juice to purchase for a good price. Limited parking though. Overall good experience.
