The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, she took good care of us after a nightmare of a day being stuck at the Atlanta airport with no power. We were supposed to catch a connecting flight so we were not planning to stay the night in Atlanta, but we were very comfortable at the Hampton. Thank you for giving us a warm, comfortable, and safe place to rest. We really needed it at that moment!

2 Star hotel at best. Some of the people in my group had their cars broken into. Didn't take my Hilton Honors for my group either, but that could be do to the fact that they can't take rewards for groups. But guess what, Marriott does. Staff is pleasant and kind. Good places to eat near by and a mall, just a rough area. Funky cleaning smell in the lobby where they also serve the food, think they were using Kaboom cleaner which I think smells awful. Rooms were dated, in fact, whole hotel is dated. I found holes on my tv stand from where something else was located. Miss matched door handles on the bathroom doors, shower curtain was to short and if you are not careful you'll get water all over the place, little touches like this that make me think they cut corners. I could go on, but just want future guests to know what to expect.

Good Hotel for a higher price. As opposed to other local hotels in this price range, this Hotel delivers on professional staff and high quality finishings that are kept in good order. Every time I come to this area of Atlanta for professional meetings, this place is where I try to book first. It fills up fast for good reasons.

Worst experience this road warrior has ever had. With Hurricane Irma approaching, we fled to Atlanta only to find a large crack in the window of our room. A child could easily cut their finger on the crack, or use a pinky to push the window out. Front desk was hostile to any idea (fix window, board window, duct tape window. While this debate was ongoing, cleaning crew announced they would not clean rooms, instead they would provide a few towels and change one of two garbage cans. Neighbors in the hotel had bed bugs. We fled to another hotel (I spent hours trying to find a reservation..we had to drive 2 hours). Oh, and Hampton Inn/Hilton would not honor their Hampton Inn Money Back Guarantee. They advertise it, but wouldn't honor it. Front desk (other than Josh) was rude the entire time.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The receptionist and the hotel manager were extremely professional and accommodating on the phone and in person. I must state that the staff in general were very friendly and hospitable. I was amazed that the hotel manager and the staff often address me by name. Thank you for doing a great job, especially during the hurricane Irma devastation. Continued blessings!

Really nice everyone was very friendly and clean. The only problem was that while I was eating breakfast, which was delicious by the way, one of the gals was cleaning and spraying the cleaning product all over the place. There was a lamp right next to me and she was spraying it and it got in my food. Other than that the workout facility looks nice, though I didn't use it and the rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Nice big bathrooms too!

I visited family who stayed there. The hotel looked clean and the rooms looked comfortable. My n family didn't mind staying in the room where they were right near the elevator. The main lobby area was very roomy. I'd stay at that Hampton Inn.

I'm a dedicated Hampton Inn/Hilton Diamond Member, 60+ stays a year, and this Hotel was the worse I have ever attempted to stay at. The hotel was over booked, so out of the gate they struggled to give us our 4 double rooms. They got the number of rooms worked out for us, so we headed up stairs. We were actually locked out of one of the four rooms, because of a busted door, and had to make 2 trips back to the front desk to get help. We then found another of the rooms was very dirty, had not been cleaned yet (We arrived at 6pm) They sad they could not clean it, and once we took another look into the room we found out why. There was some sort of bug fumigator in it. After the 3rd attempt to get into the other rooms, we had enough and left. I will say though, the staff was very polite and tried everything in their power to accommodate us, but who ever owns the property are not giving them the quality rooms to make their job possible. This property did not live up to the Hilton Brand that we are accustom too. (The two stars are for the staff alone!) - We went 5 miles down the road to another Hampton Inn, and had a great stay!

I travel very often for work, and this is one of the worst Hampton's I've stayed in. The rooms are outdated and dimmly lit. Not very well maintained, however everything was clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind.

I would be very surprised if Hilton doesn't sell or remodel the property very soon.

Lobby is the nicest thing about this place. Room was old and outdated. I figured they would be nice with all the construction. Don't be fooled, I stayed in a king sized bed room, with a cramped entryway and old furniture. Staff were very friendly, but the manager was very rude and domineering. Do not stay at this Hampton inn, unless you absolutely have to.

Hotel Staff are very friendly. Room doesn't keep to temperature and air conditioning / Heat unit is very noisy. If you turn it off the fan is internally programmed to kick on every five minutes anyway. Very noisy and wakes you up at night when it kicks on. I slept like crap because of the temperature and noisy system. Last stay at this hotel

There's caution tape at the entrance. Looks like a crime scene. Use cones to make it look less scary. The shower ran out of hot water. In 2017. A hotel shower ran out of hot water. How? The internet would be faster if I just yelled zeroes and ones out the window. Speaking of windowsthe one in my room is so streaky, it's difficult to see out of. I guess it could be worse, but at near a hundred bucks a night, not by much.
