Hotel staff was friendly and caring. Room and shower very clean. Sheets crisp and fresh. Loved that it had a Keurig machine so i could take my favorite k-cups. Had attractive silver and gold combination faucet so it looked more elegant for a reasonable price. Loved having the nice sitting area and little kitchen space so it didnt feel like you were just in a hotel room. TV had the capapability of turni g toward living room or bedroom. Wonderful stay

My stay here was absolutely terrible. I reserved a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub for me and my wife's anniversary 2 weeks prior to arriving. They offered a lower rate because I am employed with Gwinnett County Fire Department. Mind you that I had made plans around the jacuzzi tub for my wife, such as bath bomb, candles, etc. upon arrival, I come to find out that they gave me room to someone else claiming that they're were some type of special member and that they arrived before me, when I arrived at the time I was supposed to , 15:00. I called Reservations to get to the bottom of this. They told me that they over booked & would try to speak to the manager to see about a discount or something of that nature. The manager promptly responded with a big fat NO. For what reason, I don't know. The room was dirty to begin with. Found a used condom. There was mildew on the shower, And there was trash inside the night stand. To top it off, I was denied a refund, and was told that if I left, I would be charged for one nights stay anyway. Moral of the story. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lawrenceville on Buford Highway the employees was very respectful,helpful nice and courteous the hotel was clean the rooms was crying the breakfast was good in on time and they was very friendly

Beautiful and modern. Everything is clean and accomadating! Lots of storage space including for food. Staff is very sweet and understanding.

This was the worst experience I've ever had when checking into a hotel. The night clerk named Whitney was very rude and unprofessional and after printing out my paperwork and having my driver's license and credit card in her hand she tried to be argumentative and I told her that I was not going to go back and forth I wanted to just check into my room she informed me that no she was not going to do it and placed my cards on the desk. I was not irate I did not raise my voice but she was very unprofessional and I would like to file a complaint against this employee.

Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment has been stressful to say the least. A room which was reserved in advanced was not available upon arrival and when asked for a refund that could not be done as well due to formalities as per the manager Chriag Patel. Management seems to be more focused on formalities and not concerned about the customer. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone and would advice you to not reserve a room nor recommend this hotel to anyone as well. I do not understand how an establishment can take your money knowing that they could not provide a room to the customer upon arrival nor were any other accommodations offered.

Nicely remodeled hotel and comfy bed. Not crazy about the tiny shower stall- I had to shower sideways and the water pressure was too light. Otherwise, a really nice hotel.

I visited the Holiday Inn Express on a short visit, so I did not leave the lobby, but it is a really nice hotel that appears to have been recently remodeled.

My stay at this hotel was top-notch from beginning to end. Staff was kind, accommodating to my specific needs. The room was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, and the bed was every bit as comfortable as my bed at home.
Some reviewers have left nasty comments about the location being "in a bad neighborhood". Not true. It's right across the street from a school, a police station and the Gwinnett County Court are both very close to this location. It was quiet. The other patrons in the hotel were quiet and respectful of those of us staying who had to sleep during the day. I cannot say enough about how pleasant this experience was for me.
I will definitely use this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a clean, hospitable, quiet place to stay in the Lawrenceville GA area.response / report this review -

We went on a 14 day trip staying at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very clean and updated. It was truly Home away from Home
We received free breakfast that included eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, hot oatmeal, fruits and not only coffee but juice. We will always stay at any Holiday Express Inn. Also we went out of our way just so we could stay at a Holiday Express Innresponse / report this review
