The hotel itself was very clean and lovely However, the staff were very rude and somewhat strange When I got there to try to check in at 3pm the room wasn't ready and they told me to come back at 5pm Then the receptionist asked me what I would be doing while I waited and if I would wait on her to get off so we could "hang out casually" It made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt like I had to avoid eye contact every time I passed her during my stay After I left, on my way back home to Florida I realized they charged me a $50 fee that they had no good excuse for This left me hours away from anyone I knew with only 32¢ in my account and hardly any gas I called them and asked to have it reversed, explaining that they would be leaving me stranded but they were unsympathetic and refused then hung up on me Very disappointed in this hotel but thank god the generosity of others got me home

Large, spacious, clean room. More complimentary toiletries than I would have expected. The wifi was very slow and the walls were kind of thin. I heard the guest and their buddies next door as they had an after work get together or something.

Smaller holiday inn. Conveniently located near the mall and everything you’ll need. Felt safe. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was just ok - one day it was cold and the other day dried out but always clean and plenty of it. The beds were very uncomfortable. I was disappointed with that because we stayed for 5 days. The shower curtain was also broke in our room and wouldn’t close right. The hotel also only has one elevator which was a bummer during a holiday and the hotel was full. Other than that - it was a good stay - wasn’t anything spectacular. I would stay here again if I had to or just needed somewhere quick to rest my head.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the Jacuzzi tub was awesome. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with nice decor and reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent (free) breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near shopping and many restaurants.

My fiance and I had to evacuate florida because of Hurricane Irma and this hotel provided Great service. Clean and affordable, and a great breakfast. I would stay there again

Concierge was polite, service with a smile! Unfortunately, interiors we're very dated and worn down; extremely poor lighting in guest rooms. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best (stale biscuits and prepackaged muffins were disappointing) with limited serving utensils for the other items. Coffee bar was poorly located. Overall 3 stars because of the staff courtesy and the bed itself was comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express Buford. I attended a software certification class in their conference room for 2 days. The hotel was very clean with helpful employees and friendly service.

Excellent rooms, courteous and professional staff, and the perfect location for accessing all the sites that I need to get to each day. The complimentary breakfast is incredibly good. With fresh fruit, pancakes, sausage, mini-omelets, warm cinnamon rolls, milk, juice, and MORE, if you leave the hotel hungry, you only have yourself to blame! ;-) If you have any reason to visit the Mall of Georgia area, I highly recommend staying in this wonderful Holiday Inn Express.

Love taking spontaneous weekend night getaways here. They offer 2 or 3 rooms with "jacuzzi" hot tub inside the room. If your wanting 1 of these you may need to RSVP earlier than sooner. Not many places in town have this quality.
