Poor housekeeping they threw away medication. Will not stay at that location again. Never had any problems with any other Hampton.

Very welcoming check in, provided us with snacks and water, because everything had closed early due to snow storm. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Cookies and snacks were in the lobby, and a small store too. They let us have a late check out as well

I have stayed at this location multiple times when traveling for business. The rooms are always clean great facility. The staff is always friendly and this is one of the few Hampton Inns with an indoor pool.

Found bed bugs in two seperate rooms on different floors on the other side of the hotel. Went and told the front desk and even showed him what I had found. They still charged me for the night and I didn't stay there. Terrible as a hilton honors diamond member I think I'm going back to IHG hotels.

King bed room was a bit small but the size of the bathroom made up for it. Typical assortment of breakfast items but a constant supply of infused water by the front desk.

Rooms are very large, well furnished, and clean. Hotel amenities were nice. Shower was a bit weak and slow to warm up. Good location, with shopping and restaurants very close by.

Hampton Inn at Flowery Branch is a delightful place. It's very clean and fresh. The rooms were lovely. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast is very good. The staff is just delightful. AND there's an indoor pool. I highly recommend staying here.

Affordable. Good location, not in the middle of everything but close enough. Grounds well kept. Staff was friendly and professional; happy to provide extra towels. Great water pressure in the shower. Hotel (lobby and rooms) was clean and nicely decorated. No odd or displeasing smells. Indoor pool, and there was no water dripped down the hall or collected in the elevator. Bed was fine, not a horrible mattress. My only complaint was the pillows, they squished into nothing at any touch; no neck support. Over all, very pleased. I would stay there again, but I would bring my own pillow.

Rented rooms for a work function. Very nice lady at the front desk. Can't say the same for the reservations corporate office.

The Guest services at check in was awesome,, but the over night person was to friendly but overall I really enjoyed my stay I can see myself stay here again if I'm in The area

The room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory. It's nice to have coffee and hot water available 24/7. A pretty standard Hampton Inn. Solid hotel. Lots of TV channels, if that matters to you.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. The service suck!! A group of us stayed there for a conference this weekend. At first when we got there we had to wait a hour and a half for our room to be cleaned(check in is at 3, we got there 3:30) when we approached the manager Jessica she basically told my colleagues and I, we can choose the stay somewhere else if we cannot wait because she cannot speed up the cleaning process, mind you, we had reserved these rooms prior. When asked for a cooperate number we were ignored. I would not recommend this place. You are better off staying somewhere else for you money. 👎👎👎👎
