Decent hotel. Not great & not terrible either. Positive is, it's on a main street w/ tons of restaurants around & right off the highway.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first night went well however I did not get the room I reserved due to their system being down. The room seemed clean until I woke up and saw these baby ants in my sink. I went to the front desk with all my things and kindly told them about the situation. They were great! Very apologetic and of course changed my room. Upon coming back to the hotel for my second nights stay I was given my new room key and when I walked in, I found a gift bag for my troubles. I thought I was finally happy and could watch some TV then go to sleep. Boy was I wrong! I started to watch TV and I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. I got up to look and it was a baby cockroach!!! I quickly killed it and proceeded to inspect my room for bugs. I didn't find any others so it may have come in from under the door or they are all hiding. In any event I attempted to get some sleep as I needed to get up for work in the morning. However, as anyone could expect it's hard to sleep knowing you just saw a cockroach in your room. I must reiterate the staff is amazing! Only reason I gave the place 2 stars was because of the staff. I just don't want bugs in my room. Ants are one thing but cockroaches NO WAY!

After two bad stays at Courtyard Marriott properties in Georgia, I decided to stay at this Fairfield Inn, and to my surprise, the two gentlemen at the front desk this evening when I checked in some minutes ago were awesome. One was helping another guy with hotel choices as the Fairfield was sold out, and thought that was a great touch as he was really nice to help someone find a different property to stay at given both this Fairfield and from my knowledge the Courtyard was also sold out. The second gentleman who was checking me in mentioned how close I was to Platinum status. I said one more night to Platinum as I meant after the two night credit from the Courtyard nearby that I should receive as recently stayed there, and this Fairfield one night stay credit for tonight, I have one more night to go to achieve 75 nights. The guy was awesome and gave me a food and beverage gift bag being how I was so close to Platinum which I really appreciate the thought. This hotel is awesome, and this is my first positive review I am posting on this account. I don't hand out positive reviews often, but I think from what I saw this hotel is well run, and if anyone had to choose the Courtyard or this Fairfield which are very close by, I will mention that I have booked both. I believe this Fairfield property really is awesome, and just so everyone knows, Fairfield does include breakfast. Great staff, great hotel. Usually hotel staff are not as awesome as the two gentlemen were. I have stayed at a lot of hotels from Marriott branded ones, Hilton branded ones, Hyatt branded ones, etc. I am rating this Fairfield Inn 5 stars on this review. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff tonight really made this hotel experience 5 stars!

The rooms are clean in the decor is nice. The breakfast is good and the front desk guy was was very helpful intuitive and friendly. I took a star off because the room is damp moist and smells like wet. I understand that I'm in Georgia and Georgia is humid but the room should not be. Overall would use again again and due to my work schedule I will be back again.

In a wonderful location, everything is nearby. Free breakfast is basic, but does the job. Staff is very attentive. Clean place, rooms are updated.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Karin at the front desk / reception desk who helped out my family during Hurricane Irma while I was out of town traveling. As a Marriott Platinum Elite, I called the hotel and asked if my kids could print some worksheets & assignments as schools were out and we had intermittent power and no WiFi at home, and the libraries' printers didn't work as well. She welcomed them to the hotel and allowed them to print my kids' assignments, not once by twice, and even offered hot coffee to my family. That was very kind of her and it really helped out in a time of need. Thanks again Karin

Raul was the best, after we couldn't find a room anywhere, I called Fairfield Inn Suwanee, and Raul reserved a very nice room for us. He even let us check in early, we had been on the road for over 24 hours evacuating Hurricane Irma. When we checked in to the room, we found it very clean, plenty of towels, and the other items you expect to have in a hotel room. The whole experience was first class, and the staff was the best.

Front desk staff are great! Friendly and attentive. The room is fantastic. I got the king suite. Clean. Very spacious. Two TV's. Very modern and clean setup. Walk in shower. Large couch. One could live in this place for a week on business. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone

I assume this inn was renovated recently. The hall carpet seemed brand new. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice desk design, with the separate table on wheels. Love having a small fridge in a hotel room. Great fitness area, and breakfast had everything I needed. Friendly staff.
