Basic room but very friendly staff at the front desk. Nice complimentary breakfast with hot items and protein rather than just pastries. Clean. Lovely lobby too although small.

Room was great, we were upgraded to a king bed. Bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. Also breakfast was really good with lots of choices.

Just like any hits like that I think there should be a room with 2 king size beds or at least 1 king and 1 queen. I think the rooms should be more colorful. And I think the continental breakfasts should be better.

I visited this establishment this weekend to meet with family and to say goodbye to my Mom and Dad. The hotel staff was not courteous,nice,or respectful to me or my family. The hotel employee by the name of Brandon should not work there as he made it a hassle for my niece to get another room after she found Urine on her bed. From start to finish this hotel regardless of anything should be avoided.

My family recently lost my grandmother and grandfather so needless to say we are on edge. My family has stayed at this chain in other cities and we were greeted and treated like normal humans. This location however has a worker named Brandon and some other staff who greeted my grieving family with attitude and disrespect. My cousins room had urine on the bed and it took a presidential order to get a different room. This whole weekend that we gathered to say goodbye to loved ones could have been made better had it not been for this employee specifically and others. If you are in Tampa stay away from this location as my family and I will sleep in our cars before we set foot in here again.

I am updating my review and adding a star. Things have improved slightly because a couple of the staff. Elizabeth is a true treasure and went above and beyond to correct any problems. Kudos also Daniella on the front desk and Mr Greg Decker (maintenance).

Some of the front desk employees are indifferent to guests. They don't acknowledge you when u walk bye even when say "good morning /afternoon to them. Housekeeping largely seems to have failed in embracing the concept of hospitality.

I already made a reservation online for a 2 queen size bed studio and prepaid for the room. When I approached the front desk to check in , I was there for 30minutes and was told that I reserved a king size bed studio and that no more queen size studios were available. After pulling up my confirmation email and returning back downstairs , the front desk clerk was able to somehow open up my room that I originally reserved in which she stated was not available. The room is nice but the service is not. Don't waste your money!!!

I stay here often. They saved christmas when I ran out of tape wrapping presents at christmas. The breafast is very good, and the rooms are nice. It is certainly the most reasonably priced.

absolute @ss hole! reserved one room arrangement, upon trying to check in we were notified that our room was not available, and only offered one option that would not work for us.
clerk's attitude was some between tough sh%&, and ooh we'll.
Our room was reserved as part of a group, and confirmation showed what we requested, but not what we were offered.

Wonderful experience at this hotel, could not be happier! We were lucky enough to grab one of the last few rooms this hotel had on Memorial Day weekend (since another awful hotel did not accomdate our reservation we booked a month ago) but this one turned out for the better. Nice breakfast, easy entrances, and beautiful lobby. They even mailed my pillow and blanket that I forgot! Which meant a lot to me.

For the money, a very good value. While no spectacular perqs everything was comfortable and worked well. Only issues keeping this from 5 stars in my book was a loud a/c system and the internet connect which dropped 4 times in a 3 hour period. I could get right back online, though. Friendly staff and very quiet place. Breakfast buffet was good, if a but unimaginative. Coffee available all day, but was not very hot. All in all, great value - I'd return in a heartbeat.

This hotel exceeded my expectations after reading some of the bad reviews. It was very clean, the staff was generous, & the service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was really good. A great place to stay for a short or long getaway! Would definitely stay here again!👌🤗
