Nice, clean, great features for the price. Great lighting in rooms. Keurig coffee brewer in rooms. Nice fitness center and pool. Nice views.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Great service.
Comfortable beds. Ice cream social every night. That is something our kids appreciated .
Nice pond in the back of the hotel. Pool outside, which we didn’t try because we arrived late at night. Breakfast was great with big selection of food.
Simple one of the best hotels on our way from Chicago to Miami.response / report this review -

This HIX tries to go above and beyond (happy hour dinner on Tuesdays, ice cream every night, etc) If you give them your cell phone number when checking in, they text you each day asking if there's anything else they can do. It feels like a slight invasion of privacy and seems like they're trying too hard for a 5-star resting.

I called this hotel and spoke with the front office manager Maggie Crump . I explain to her my situation being disable and needed to be in air conditioning due to my illnesses. She was so helpful and got me a room set up. This hotel is very comfortable and clean . The staff is very welcoming. Edward Herrick (general manager) was also very helpful and gave me a lot of information to get help from FEMA for my room expense. Thank you all for being so helpful and understanding at this time of need for everyone. The breakfast was very good and fresh every morning. I will recommend this Hotel highly and if I need service at another time this will be my first call.

We evacuated to this hotel from from hurricane Irma. The staff was extremely reassuring and helpful during our stay. This hotel is also very clean. The manager was pleasant and the lady upfront was very friendly to my daughter. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you to all the staff that was working during the hurricane!

Kissa at the front is awesome! She made a very late night/early morning check-in so easy and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The hotel is tucked away off the main highway about a half mile, but you feel so far away. Still convenient to shopping and restaurants. An added benefit is the weekly managers' reception It's a great way of giving back to the guests. Not something I've seen at a Holiday Inn before, but something to keep me coming back!

Got to the hotel around 5:00am and they were very accommodating to us arriving early for our reservation. The hotel is nice and they had several things going on: ice cream social, manager's reception, etc. Close to a lot of shopping, too. The hotel is situated near a pond which gives great views.

Excellent service! Great response to customer needs! Everyone is super friendly!! Cookies AND Ice Cream daily total bonus! But receiving a text asking how everything is, and then responding with a request only to have it taken care within 10 minutes! Beyond 5 stars! Made our stay perfect!

Beautiful hotel. Surprised by amount of amenities. Great breakfast each morning. Dinner on Tuesday night. Cookies every day and ice cream at nightwhat more could you ask for? Oh, and your choice of pillowsThank you for a very pleasant stay!

It was clean, friendly, professional staff, rooms were exceptionally clean, comfort beds. Just a pleasant and wonderful experience during a time I was having surgery and over 200 miles from home. Would recommend to anyone.

I can't say enough about how awesome my experience was at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, the breakfast was great, and a great variety, and kept stocked. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy! I'd definitely recommend this place!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were really nice. The cost of the room included breakfast in the morning. They also have free ice cream for their guest. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was super friendly and quick. Gave me reference to what was good to eat nearby. Rooms was really clean and inviting. Bed was very comfortable and they had a nice assortments of free breakfast foods. Staff was friendly, and there's a nice lounge area out back with a lake to enjoy with some feathered wildlife to enjoy. I was told otters were in the lake but didn't see them personally. I would stay here again in my travels.
