I used this for Park and Fly great price value for a long period of time. Free shuttle ride to airport and back. There needs more specific info for directions

The manager is the best person ever. The staff is very kind and professional. The room attendants are super nice too. We stayed at the hotel between 09/08 to 09/12. I recommend this Ramada without hesitation.

The front office staff and drivers were excellent. However some of things were stolen. Now that vhabe arrived home two of bags are missing. I was flying out late the night time but obviously we were to check out by a certain. My sister and I went across to the mall leaving only one bag open to throw in any last minute things. My things are gone . Good gosh how dishonest and horrible. People save their hard earn money and these thieves and criminals nipping away while you stay there.

My boyfriend and I stayed from 8/2/17 - 8/12/17. First of fall, one of the two elevators was out of service the whole time, and from what I read from previous reviews, that has been out of service for quite some time now. It appeared they had no intention in fixing it. We used the stairs most of the time.
Second, they withheld $600 from my card for whatever reason. The total charge of the whole stay was around $500, so they were holding extra, more than the hotel cost. I can understand withholding couple hundreds for in case of damages, but $600?! They were two separate holdings too, one for $100+ another one for $400+. When I asked the front desk, they said they had no idea because it only showed the hotel price that went thru, and they had no way of releasing it. After talking to my bank, I had to then had the hotel to fax over statement to my bank and asked them to release those holding amounts. This happens routinely apparently, because when I was talking to the front desk, there was a girl next to me who was more desperate because she said she would have no money to go back home with the amount they were holding.
Third, the condition of the hotel and room is not up to standard to be honest. The carpet in the hallway are all bumpy. The back stairways we used to go to our room, because the elevator was not working, is dirty. People threw trash there, we saw chicken bone there one time. My boyfriend found a little bug on the bed, though it's not bedbug, it is not acceptable. I have also seen tiny little bug crawling on the bathroom wall couple times.
Lastly, they were having towels issue. One day we came back to find no towels left in our room. We asked the housekeeping lady on our floor, but she said we had to call the front desk, she couldn't just give us the towels. We called the front desk, they said they would bring them up in a bit, but we waited for an hour and no one did. We had to use our beach towels for our shower for couple days. Some days they would replace couple towels but no hand towels. When my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for towels after not having towels for two days, he said there were other people there complaining about the same thing. Were they seriously having towels shortage? We finally had to just take some from the towel bin we saw in the hallway when the housekeeper was not watching, otherwise, we would have no towels!
So to sum it up, don't go to this hotel unless you get a deal where you only pay $30 or less per night.
Edit: forgot to mention, they do not have refrigerator in the room. On the booking website it says you can rent it for $10 per night. When I checked in and asked about, it's only available for renting if you are in the suite.

This place is not clean! Only one elevator worked it took for ever to get from ur room to the lobby! I don't think it's the staff here because Steve at the front desk was very nice to me. He went over and beyond to make thing right! But this hotel should be called a motel no free breakfast and they charge extra for everything none of the staff speak English except the ones at front desk! With help of Google translator I was able to talk with house keeper! (She was nice) The hotel need major upgrade! Don't let pictures fool ya!!!!

Are use this hotel weekly for business. I also come back for pleasure too. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. But if Davina wasn't there I probably wouldn't come back. Always friendly and remembers my name.

This place was horrible! When we arrived there was prostitutes coming out. They gave us our room key and the room wasn't made up. We saw a huge red what looked like blood stain on the mattress. No shower curtain and toilet filthy. They said sorry sorry here's another room. We went in and same scenario. We immediately asked for our money back and even though it was 2 in the morning we decided to walk to the closest motel. Holiday inn a few blocks away. I didn't care if I had to sleep on the streets I was not staying in this filthy nasty place!

Staff for the most part are friendly. Except for the lady named Dulce, which I thought was ironic for how unsweet she was when she answered my question.
Quick access to highway, there's a mall across the street and a number of restaurants in the area.
The bar has a $10 cover to get in at night that supposedly includes a drink but that didn't seem to be the case at the bar.
Also bring cash if you want room service since they apparently can't charge it to your room.
But the room was clean, water was hot, and the bed was good.
