Customer service was amazing. We were provided complimentary breakfast for two days and the food was excellent! We had a few issues with the room and a vending machine, but the hotel took care of us right away.

This hotel was absolutely stunning the hot tub is clean the pool is clean everything was as you would hope it would. The hotel rooms were very large and elegant I recommend staying here if you have to go to Miami it's a bit out of the way but it's well worth it.

Considerable amount of construction being done as well as corporate meetings that consumed all of the parking spaces for the guests. I circled the parking lot of both hotels for an hour looking for a parking spot. Spoke with the hotel manager about the parking issue as was advised to park in the handicapped parking or wherever the car would fit. I ended up leaving the car at the front door of the hotel and went back and moved it once the corporate event was over. I typically book this hotel frequently for business but will find elsewhere in the future.
Very disappointed in Marriott for not recognizing their limitations considering the construction and events.response / report this review -

Standard Marriott. Conference room was quite small and a bit over priced but not out of the ordinary. The bistro is the same as pretty much every other Marriott.

I travel a lot and prefer Marriott but this is the worst one I've ever stayed in. Trash on the floor in the lobby when I first arrived. The rooms are arctic cold but the hallways and elevators are like saunas. The closets are only big enough for a day or 2 of clothing. The staff is courteous but useless. There were only 2 things that redeemed this place a little and those were:
1. Housekeeping does pretty well
2. The restaurant in the lobby is convenient
There are tons of other options around here and I will use one of them the next time I come to town for business.response / report this review -

Beautiful clean and new hotel. 😍 Lobby is a spacious lounge and waiting area. Our room was very clean, peaceful and an oasis. 😎 There was only one staff at the check-in counter and he was friendly. We got locked outside in the backyard and he had to walk all the way there to open the glass door for us. 😂😂 A rude, impatient and pompous guy was sitting near the door but he didn't care to open it for us. I blamed my wife for wanting to take photos in the backyard. 😁 Other than that horrible experience, our stay at this Courtyard was adventurous and satisfying. 😎 I highly recommend this hotel from Marriott to anybody.

Great hotel and staff. The room is clean and had all of the standard channels (basic, extended, HBO). The location is off the highway so you have relatively easy access to going into Miami or Ft Lauderdale.

Excellent example of this well known chain. This Courtyard is clean and well maintained. Have stayed here many times. Always a great night sleep.

Over the course of our two night stay every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I am starting to notice that Courtyard by Marriott hotels seem to be a cut above the rest; however, this one in particular stood out to me, so I wanted to write a good review. I will definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience. We picked this hotel since it had a hot tub to relax in after a long day. There was an African American family reunion going on at the hotel. You couldn't even open the door to get out to the pool there were so many people. There were at least 18 kids and all their parents jumping back and forth from the hot tub and pool. We decided to relax in the room instead, but you could hear them loud and clear upstairs as well. The front desk attendant told us they would head to bed soon and we could go down and would ask security to quiet them down. They didn't do anything and they stayed until the pool closed. In the morning the housekeeper woke us up even though I had a do not disturb on the door. They only gave us enough coffee for one person as well. Stay somewhere else!

The lobby was not very fancy but it was clean and bright with friendly and attentive employees. I needed a place to stay for one night and the lovely king bed room I got was perfect and decorated nicer than the four star hotel I stayed at earlier that week. I stayed on the first floor which was noisier but I was so tired it didn't impact me negatively at all. The dining in the lobby was really lacking but again, this is nothing I'm interested in so I wasn't disappointed.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly. If you have business in the area that is great. However if you don't the hotel is not located near any restaurants or things to do. The restaurant in the hotel was mediocre at best. The only thing holding me back from staying here again is location. I would rather commute to this area for work than to stay that far away from things to do
