Excellent service, location, food, and accommodations. The service really sets it apart, starting with the front desk and continuing through Craig at the pool and on to the cabana crew on the beach. An ideal base for a visit to this iconic part of Miami Beach.

Great happy hour at the bar! Hotel. staff are friendly and courteous. I was disappointed that they don't have daily maid service, though you can request clean towels and such.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Bentley but it was not what we expected. The hotel is definitely showing it's age, I'm sure 10 years ago this property would have been a lot nicer.
I've stayed at many different Hilton properties over the years, this did not feel like a Hilton property.response / report this review -

Nice, large room. Good wifi. Great views all around; even city views are good. The path to the pool leads through the restaurant, resulting in you being asked whether you need a table every time you pass, which is annoying. Nice beach amenities.

Modern hotel, with a very friendly staff located on a beautiful beach at the quiet end of South Beach. The only drawback and the reason for my 4 star rating, is the breakfast, which is below the overall standard of this hotel. The buffet had limited choices of mediocre food. In Florida one would expect fresh-squeezed orange juice. No such thing here. Even the coffee was bad. We did not return the second day for our free breakfast, it was that bad. The servers and bartenders were quite friendly and helpful, just the food was lacking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Miami beach. It is away from the noise, traffic and hustle. You can easily walk to that when you need. Only a 5 minute walk to Joe's Stone Crab restaurant. We had a city-view room, which afforded a nice view of the South Beach area. There are ocean and partial ocean-view rooms also. Our room was a large junior suite with kitchen area and a massive bathroom with big soaking tub, shower and even a bidet. There is a pool and resort fees cover towels at the pool and lounge chairs, umbrella and beach towels at the beach. Did I say the beach is lovely with beautiful blue water, soft white sand and swimmable water with life guards.

Stopped by for quick drink with friend. Reasonably oriced for the area. Great location in southern most part of Miami South Beach. Less of the raucous here than other parts.

This is the most expensive not worth the money hotel I have ever stayed in. We got there early and couldn't check in which was understandable, but then were advised that our rooms should be available a little before check in time or at that time. After check in time the rooms still weren't ready. Around 5:30 pm I was advised that the room was available but the other one wasn't but that they would call me once it was. Me and all the girls that came on vacay with me crowded in the one room with all our luggage. It wasn't until almost 7pm that our second room was available which is ridiculous. There was no type of apology or compliments offered for our inconvenience. I will advise you to stay away from this hotel establishment unless you aren't looking to check in until around 7pm opposed to the 4 pm check in time of the hotel. There also wasn't enough towels in the room to accommodate the number of people that it was reserved for, the tv wasn't working properly in either room, the shower drainage was clogged so the water wasn't draining like it should. I will never go to this hotel ever again and will be advising my friends/family not to as well. It just simply isn't worth it. It was the only bad part of our girl's weekend trip to South Beach.

The rooms are nice and clean.The couch was a bit uncomfortable.The lobby smelled devin.I feel everything else was very impressive and appreciated.We will be coming back again!!

Nice room, good view from the balcony. The private beach is also great. The restaurant seemed to have decent prices, not the cleanest.

The rooms are great, but. I think Hilton is misleading everyone and the Hilton is not what it used to be. What these guys (Hilton)are doing is selling condos, then the owners can rent them out under the Hilton name when they are not using them. This place and the one in Fort Lauderdale are the same. There is no real lobby to speak of and very little atmosphere. They rent out the restaurant to a private company so they are not the quality you'd historically expect under the Hilton name. So if all you care about is the room then they are great. If your looking for a hotel with nice lobby, restaurants, stores, etc then don't go to Hilton in Florida. As well expensive for what you get

The hotel is beautiful, and Will Croca is to be recognized for his hospitality and Kindness. He is very kind, professional and certainly assures your best stay. Thank you Hilton for having such a noticeable employee. The Anniversary couple loved their room ! I look forward to my next stay !!
