I wish I could give this hotel a ZERO star rating! We called and booked a block of rooms for our wedding in October. When we called back to add rooms we were told they never had a reservation for us! We went through a different hotel after searching frantically at the last minute. AND THEN we were somehow STILL charged for the rooms they supposedly didn't have on file. The workers are rude and do not let you get a word in and obviously they are not very knowledgeable in their computer systems! I will be starting a case with the Better Business Bureau.

Some of the better prices for hotels in the Lansing area. The pool is big, and rooms are clean. But, the building does need some repairs. (Roof over pool would be a good starting point. )

Spotless inside and out. Very polite and friendly staff. Pool was huge and hot tub was perfect. Restaurant on-site "Finleys" was delicious and received 15% off for being a guest. Best deal around that area! 100% RECOMMEND!!!

Convenient location next to the freeway. Rates are very cheap for a hotel offering a hot breakfast in the morning. It was quite a good breakfast too. Pool is big and the area is nice. You can tell the hotel is older with a few carpet stains here and there. Overall a great spot for a hotel room

It's usually very nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and pool area is kept up. The connecting Restaraunt, Finley has pretty good food and a great selection of beers. My only issue with the hotel is the parking lot. It's seen better days.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. It has a nice restaurant attached to it. Those things I liked. It was clearly an old building. The decor is extremely outdated, which I don't really care about one way or another, but I was only about 50/50 that I was going to live through my elevator ride(even though it's only 3 stories) and it was not clean looking. The bed was clean, which thank God for that, but I wasn't comfortable walking barefoot with how the carpet looked, and I had to clean my toilet before I was comfortable using it. The room was spacious and had a nice desk and chair which was nice because I had work to do, however when it was done, I had a hard time falling asleep until late because the rooms surrounded the pool area and it sounded like I was trying to sleep Well, right next to a pool. Good news though for people who like hotels with pools, theirs is open late

Food was pretty good. Exterior of building is a bit run down, the ballroom is nice though. The wait staff was polite and efficient.

The staff at the Ramada Conference Center was attentive and professional. The meeting room was well maintained and the equipment worked very well. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the lunch on Saturday was delicious. I would recommend the conference center to anyone who wishes to use it. I was particularly impressed with the staff.

Held our Annual ABATE State Seminar here in 17. Nice hotel with great game and pool area, staff is more than accommodating and very friendly. Board rooms are nice and did what we needed, however the hotel is in need of some updates and repairs. Electical updates, carpet, walls, entry door, among others could use some much needed attention. There is a sports bar attached to the hotel with easy access.

The room is spacey but when I lay in bed I get itchy. The jacuzzi is really nice and breakfast is alright. Nice that it is complimentary. Their conference rooms are nice and a decent place to hold professional events. The coffee tastes watered down though. Not a bad place to stay if you are planning on a quick one but I might recommend a different hotel otherwise.

Stay was pleasant. Only issue was hearing noise in hallway. Sometimes we could not tell if our door was being knocked on or not. The room was well appointed, with the sofa being a big plus. Wish the room had a microwave so we could heat snacks. Window view was stunning, as entire wall was window.
