The room was clean, the service was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows. The pillows used are the typical type, very soft and not supportive, but hey, this is a hotel and I've learned I'm at the age I need to travel with my pillow. Also, the History Channel didn't work, was strange but we overcame.

This hotel is located across the street from the Tangers Outlet, so if you book a room on Black Friday, expect a lot of traffic.

Overall, I would book here again and recommend to a friend.

We have stayed here before when my daughter danced at a convention right down the road. Both the hotel and restaurant are very nice and with the addition of the new Tanger Outlets next days, walking distance, this certainly is a wonderful location year around. Also, Gun Lake Casino is maybe, 20 min South on US131.

Big room, reasonably priced, quiet.
We stayed overnight for a wedding. Despite our failings (late booking and unsure plans) they accommodated us. It was clean, breakfast was plentiful but typical.

We spent two nights here and we were extremely pleased with Baymont. The room was clean and exactly as described. The promised "Free breakfast" was well beyond our usual experiences. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The location was excellent. My wife and I have already decided that when we return to the area to shop we will absolutely return to Baymont Inn and Suites.

The pricing for the room is decent and fair. Asked to be upgraded to a King bed but there weren't any available. The room was a double queen, very clean. The bathroom was clean however the light didn't work. Pool and hot tub area are a little on the retro side but also clean and in serviceable order. Amazing breakfast.

For a smaller, cheaper hotel it was great. The rooms were good sized and the pool was nice. Breakfast was more than stale pastries and old cereal. The staff was really excellent. Always very accommodating and you could tell actually cared about your experience.

It is a nice hotel but I feel it shouldn't cost as much for how small and simple the rooms are. Overall it is clean and the service is nice. It is near major freeways and has a restaurant attached to it. Plus across the street is major brand name clothing stores. It has a nice pool and includes breakfast but the cut off is 9:00a.m. which is probably an hour to early. I am thankful that the basics are covered I just think for the money I paid it should be a little nicer. (I actually used one of those mystery "deals" via hotwire, never again.)

Double charged for room. My 1st time trying this hotel and I get charged twice for the stay. Try to reach out to Baymont hotel customer service and wydham rewords center both have no idea what to do. sent another email to the hotel and see what happens. So far pretty much a joke for an experience. For a person that travels 52 weeks a year this has to be the worst mistake yet.

Our dance team stayed here for competition weekend. We did have a little trouble when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, but the staff was helpful in getting us back in. Breakfast was also wonderful. The dancers had a great time hanging out in the lobby in the evening.

Clean, guiet, & friendly staff. Cookies at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Microwave and frig in room. Full breakfast; sausage, eggs, potatoes, make your own waffles and fruit. 5 min from downtown. 2 min to meiyers gardens.
