I enjoyed my stay here at. The staff was super helpful, accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was super comfortable and came with plenty of soft, fluffy pillows. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Easy check-in/out, generally courteous staff, nice rooms, convenient parking. Dance floor was pumping on Saturday night - everyone was 45+ and hilariously awkward, it was fantastic. Vending options are limited and there's no in-house store but there's a Circle K (seriously), bakery and Starbucks within walking distance.

Nicely decorated lobby. Easy parking. Entrance is only available to southbound side of street, but intersections with traffic lights within half block room was clean and nice.

Although the rating of the hotel we book was good (3 stars) and reviewers 4+ score but we were shocked to see the poor quality of room that we got. There was cigarette smoke in the room and the a.c. made squeaking noise because of which my family could not sleep through the night and had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Horrible experience and a waste of money. The new room was better.

The gentleman (Ajay) who checked us in was great. He moved us from a corner room to a better facing room. Comfortable bed, though there was bit of road noise from Topanga Canyon Blvd.

This is a very nice Hotel..a bit of an Oasis in this hot dry west valley areathe rooms are pretty pricey though for what you get.
I like the pool & Jacuzzi area.
The reception staff are cool and not nosey like a lot of the cheaper hotels. I would definitely return.

It was grate, the checking in was very simple even thou we wear early it was no problem we even got an upgrade. The food is very good, and yes the hall experiences was good. I well recommend this hotel to everyone.

They were fine. There was record high heat and a power substation blew up. So no A/C or any power at 7pm, so we asked to leave without being charged for the night. They agreed, so I hope they keep their word to not charge us. The A/C did not work very well when we did have power. The pool was nice and clean.

Our family get together to celebrate Our Father's Life was held at the hotel and banquet room. it was very beautiful and the food wonderful. It was emotionally overwhelming seeing so family members all joined together for my father Cobern C Kunkel's Celebration of his life passed all orchestrated to perfection by my eldest sister Rita Brown as executor of his estate I know our Dad was overjoyed at the results of all who attended!

Our room was exceptional and comfortable. Roomy and quiet!

The food and the service we're really good. Very quiet place. You could definitely have a romantic dinner there if you wanted, there's not too many people there, the place is not packed

Very nice establishment. The only thing I wish they'd done was be more clear about how much they were going to hold on my checking account when I was making the reservation (Its not atypical that a hotel holds a certain amount, but they didn't let me know the amount, thankfully I had enough on the card I used to book) other than that-- staff was helpful and friendly and the bar is a nice place to meet others visiting Los Angeles and the breakfast is THE BEST of any hotel Ive ever stayed at (and I mean better than France, Jamaica, Bahamas, Switzerland, Amsterdam, England and others). Very pleased with my experience!
