The location is great, grounds & rooms are kept nice & clean, good customer service & free coffeeit doesn't get much better for the price. THAT WAS MY PREVIOUS STAY! THIS TIME I found trash under my bed. An open, emptied ketchup pack, opened but almost full bid of granola bars, and a dirty GILDAN tag I HOPE WASN'T from a man's underwear. DO BETTER GNI

What a great staff Great service Especially the two girls working night shift at the front desk Very friendly hotel in the middle of calabasas.. A cheap hotel in a beautiful area Note Malibu is at 10mn driving by an outstanding road

Where to start . . . Don’t try to check in right at check-in time. Busy and understaffed. Cable (satellite?) tv works most of the time. Expect to be interrupted. NOISY! (Ear plugs are standard in-room accessories.)

The shining star of this hotel is the staff; the young lady who checked us in was smiling, personable and helpful. The manager responded to my written inquiry before we arrived and was happy to accommodate my family's request5 stars to them!
The 1st room we checked in to smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (as if someone had just finished a couple of smokes), even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff member (I wish I could remember her name) happily moved us. Our room seemed pretty clean, except for some hair and something white on the bathroom floor near the toilet. Our beds were not comfortable. One seemed to have a hard bump then a dip in the mattress. As other people have mentioned, you could hear the buzzer with a mini refrigerator. It did not bother us enough to unplug it. The rest of the hotel where we stayed was quiet. Our room face the courtyard instead of the freeway. Stay here was perfect for one night stay. I used to stay here when I was in town about 6 years ago and it was always okay but they have renovated and it is much nicer now! It is very affordable yet not lacking cleanliness and comfort. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely keep coming here when we are in town.

Horrible customer service from top teer employees (managers, etc.) Front desk staff is otherwise helpful. Issues began prior arrival throughout current stay.

We had a very comfortable stay for 4 nights while attending a conference at Pepperdine. It's not that far from Malibu and seemed to be clean and well-maintained. It's definitely a no-frills place, but those who offer more are considerably more expensive.

Room was great! We initially had a problem with the first room they gave us due to the smell, but after letting management know, they quickly gave us a new room that smelled wonderful. Since they are under renovation I assume that was what caused the smell of the first room. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again!

During the time I stayed, there were new roofing being put in alongside other construction happening around. Due to this, I can't definitivly give a finished review until I someday return to this place.
Summary: The rooms were a old, to best describe it.
Pros:
- Nice flat screen TV, fridge, and sink
- Great front desk management
Cons:
- Bathroom is old with some mildly dirty shower tiles.
- Parking was a mess when I was there due to inconsiderate drivers
- Lack of a microwave
Take my review with a grain of salt because I'm guessing the rooms will be updated soon. If they're doing construction on the outside, I believe they'll do the same for the rooms.

Good Nite Inn is a good place to stay for a couple of nights. It wasn't that great, you can hear voices from outside that won't let you sleep peacefully. The staffs were good. Rooms are well maintained.

Good location. Near Erewhon, a great organic grocery. Little things give it a 3: the keys keep not working, it's under renovation, there's no hot tub, very little in the way of amenities, the bed was lumpy. However, safe location, reasonable prices, nice pool.

Good Nite Inn in Calabasas was such a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and more than willing to assist in anyway possible. Rooms were clean and comfy. I will more than likely visit this location again and recommend that everyone reserve a room when seeing a show at the Canyon Club right down the street. Great location!!!
