Met people staying there. Their room was nice, large size, and we were able to use the breakfast area for a while at night to get together with friends and family. Very nice over all.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. We stayed on the third floor in a two room suite and I was very pleasantly surprised with the room we were in. Free drinks in the evening at the bar along with complimentary snacks, a full hand-made complimentary breakfast in the morning and a wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely return to stay at this location when I'm in the area again.
The staff was all really friendly and helpful. But there were minor inconveniences like the pool towels were not stocked unless someone asked for them, the evening reception was not staffed well, stuff like that. It wasn't on par with other Embassy Suites hotels, but the friendliness of the staff exceeded that of many other locations.
The pool was a decent size, though, and a great depth.
Great Place, excellent staff and breakfast was always delicious. Stayed there during Easter weekend with family and they loved it. Definitely will be our go to spot when going to LA
Very nice. Don't hear anyone else around you like most hotels claim, but often fall short on. Their breakfast has so many options, definitely worth the stay. Staff was professional and courteous.
Quiet and clean, spacious room and nice staff. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good complete with a "real" kitchen making egg omelettes and pancakes. Good location to nearby theme park, restaurants and highways. Would stay there again!
Have stayed here numerous times in the past with no complaints. This time $12 for parking (rip off) and very limited "happy hour" drinks. Want anything worthwhile, you pay for it. Will be last time staying at this place.
The entire hotel staff is outstanding. They work very hard to make their hotel guest feel comfortable and at home. Amazing customer service
I'm staying here while visiting Six Flags and it's absolutely perfect. It's minutes from the park and there's a cooked-to-order breakfast and evening happy hour and snack event each evening. After running around the park chasing 2 young children, it's great to unwind with a beer as soon as I return home. I'm a season pass ghost for six flags and I've just found my home away from home.
For my family of six, this was perfect. We booked far enough in advance and got a great rate.
The rooms are separated with a bedroom and then living room. The bedroom is spacious with two beds, dresser and a TV. The closet is small but we didn't even use it. The dresser space was huge if you wanted to take the time to unpack during your stay.
The living room area was big enough the we didn't feel cramped. There was a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and a nice sized table. The table was great for eating at and doing whatever else you needed. The living room had several small tables that were easy enough to move around if needed.
The hospitality staff were always very prompt to bring us what we needed no matter how late it was. They have a free made to order breakfast that was just like at home. During the evening, they have complementary snacks and drinks. We used the pool a few times and it was pretty average for a hotel pool. Not dirty at all, kept very clean and clear of debris.
Overall, I would highly recommend this location. The staff are polite, the facilities are well kept, and the location worked great for our stay.
Great place! Friendly staff! Their cook to order breakfast is very good and well organized. Would recommend starting here.
The pillows are awful. We had to call down and have fresh sheets brought up to our room for the fold out bed. To get that done, we had to call the front office twice. We then realized we didn't have enough pillows for kids sleeping on the fold out bed. That also took two calls to the front office. Breakfast was great though
Stayed here a couple times, love the breakfast and it's great for going to Magic Mountain and beaches just north of LA. HOWEVER, both times I stayed we had some significant issues.
The first time we arrived and the toilet was clogged and full of feces. Made me doubt they even checked the bathroom.
The most recent check in, room was not ready on time but we were compensated for that. Also, I don't know what was going on but every morning at around 9 a.m. it sounded like construction was going on next door. I'm on vacation, god forbid I wanted to sleep in, cause it sounded like someone was coming through the wall with a power saw and drill.
usually only stayed in Embassy Suites Hotel it's a great experience this one however was very disappointing when we first walked up to the front door it will piles of trash spilling out of the main trash can next to the front door we arrive around 4 o'clock and there was still food on the floor in the dining area from breakfast. the managers reception was ridiculous they had one server behind the bar andthe line was about 20 people long. the bartender if they were short handed and she said no this was just the way they did it there was also an incredibly drunk and obnoxious person staying in the hotel. The management at no time had any type of security..hotel patrons had to escort the man to the elevator. For some strange reason I was getting off the elevator as they were putting him on and the patrons thought I was with him (which I was not) I had an uncomfortable confrontation. While management stood by and watched.all in all I will not b returning to this particular hotel
Very clean place. The staff was very nice. Beds were very soft. Pool area was clean. And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding.
