I've been a customer of RPM Offroad since they first opened in 2006. For the last 10 years they have been my "go to" shop for everything from general repairs/maintenance to lift kits, wheels and tires. Bought a Zone lift for my son's 03 tj. The price was good and came the next day. Guys were very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I needed and what would make my son's Jeep look good with the size tires he is going to run.

Was quoted the price of leveling kit and alignment for my truck. Paid deposit to order parts and scheduled work to be done. On the day my truck was being worked on I waited in the lounge area. During this time I was informed that the rear of the truck needed to be lifted to match the front after the leveling kit was installed on the front. I did agree to the additional charges for the rear lift. When time to check out I was then told that the price had almost doubled because of the difficulty of installing the leveling kit. At no time during the process was I ever informed there was going to be additional charges for difficulties. As a previous service advisor I know you can not charge more for repairs than you have quoted. With this being my first time doing business with RPM I left very disgusted with the way they do business and refuse to return for any additional work to my truck. Be aware!!!!
