My experience began with a phone call on 11/28. I was told that I will be charged for reading a check engine light that I knew was covered under warranty. After convincing the Service Consultant that it would be covered he reluctant entered my VIN. And sure enough he informed me that it should be covered. So we scheduled an appointment for "first thing" Thurs to DIAGNOSE the issue and run some computer recall updates. I was informedbit would be 2HRS of work and could I to drop it off the night before. The day of the appointment I called at 11:45am and the truck was not ready no additional info. I received a call 20min later and I was informed the issue was exactly what I told them 2 days before and it will be covered under warranty. Unfortunately the part is not in stock and they will have to get it the next day. I asked to schedule the repair for next week so I can adjust my work schedule. I was informed this is not possible because my truck has been disassembled to verify my issue.
I asked about a Loaner Vehicle and the Service Consultant was not able to issue one until he came back from lunch in an hour and I was keeping him from going to lunch. Later when I was able to find a ride to go pick up the loaner I was given the keys to a 03 Impala with 240k miles while my 2015 2500 Silverado sat in the shop.
The next day Friday 12/1 I called twice with no answer between 11am-12pm. I decided to stop in around 12:30. Truck still had parts laying in the floor. I spoke with the service manager explained that I need a truck bed to haul some boxes so I could complete my job. "I'm sorry" is the only response I received. Didn't receive the "All Done" call until 2:45pm.

Bill Gatton gets my next service and I'll shop there first for my next truck in 2019.

I have heard nothing but negative reviews about pioneer. Funny how the bad reviews do not stay posted. The manager is a snake and should be held accountable for his actions and his lies and bigotry. The salesmen are rude and admit that they have no choice but to back their sleazy manager even when it is wrong. The manager literally said that he was glad a car he sold caused heart conditions in a customer. I have spent hours getting testimony from people and believe THAT they are all negative. I pray that you go anywhere but pioneer to buy your car. There will soon be a website where the horror stories of purchasing a car here are revealed and can't be erased or altered. Do not even waste your time listening to the stories that floe out of the managers and Mr Greens mouth. It used to be a good place to purchase a car but they are the absolute worst in the area and have been for years now. You work too hard to be taken by these theives. The last car purchased here was seen being driven to a poker game. The there was a redbull left in the car and a large Bristol poker dirty shirt left in trunk and the car was supposed to be cleaned up for the next day and the car went five miles and over four different warning lights popped and stayed on and the car wouldn't even run. It overheated and beeped and the tire pressure and oil light stayed on and eventually shut the car down.

Prices are too of the scale. Salesmen are pushy but won't really negotiate on sticker price. Maintenance is expensive here. Also they have said things are wrong mutiple times when nothing actually needs repaired. Bit of a shady place.

I would give Zero stars if I could! I would drive 25 mins to Morgan McClure rather then drive 5 mins to Pioneer to have my vehicle serviced. I bought a vehicle here because I wanted that certain vehicle, the sales man was not impressive. An the tall man that done the scheduling for service department had been nothing but smart with me on at least three different occasions. Maybe neither one of them are there now, I don't know. I do know that I will never buy another vechicle from Pioneer or take a vechicle for service to Pioneer.

The salesman was a super nice guy. I will say that. But he was not efficient. And I admit I was excited about my purchase so I didn't notice. I had to get the vehicle inspected which when I did the guy asked me why didn't the place were I had brought it from inspect it? He failed me on both headlights because of condensation already had to replace tire. Which I had to take back the same day because it was low on pressure. All they did was put air in it. Two days later tire blew. So overall not real impressed with pioneer Chevrolet. They saw a sucker coming and took full advantage.. Back to Ford I go
