As a retired auto salesperson, I doubt selling vehicles is the real business they are in. The inventory isn't clean. Most have dead batteries and/or flat tires, and the salespeople are less than professional.

Fantastic experience! I was looking for a first car for my 16 year old daughter and Joe was a great help as we were in and out of several of the cars on their lot trying to find one that she loved. When she settled on a 2013 Chevrolet Cruz, Jacob took care of the paperwork and was just great.
Buying a first vehicle for my daughter was a big deal for her and I both. I’m incredibly grateful for Joe and Jacob’s professionalism as well as their patience with us.
As my daughter has several friends who are about to turn 16, I’ll be recommending to all their fathers to head to J and J Auto Sales for their children’s first vehicle.response / report this review -

This place is like a junkyard. Cars look worse the closer you get to them, the employee that was supposed to help us never did. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Bought a car less than three months ago .. Now it's not running at all. Started to over heat a month after we bought it .. Took it back ask the owner to look at it to see what was wrong with it. He cussed me out said he didn't have time to .. Said he would take the car now after I gave him 2000 down I've made my payments and now I have no car with two jobs and three kids.. They knew it was a lemon they took advantage of us.. Crooookkkkkssss

My nephew Kaine got a car here and tbh, he got a decent car. He knows quite a bit about cars so he took his time and found a toyota camry. Ran for about 2 years until it had a major problem. He invested a few hundred in it when it was bought. But it seemed to me like it was worth it.

So much BS with them. Very rude customer service. Would never recommend them to anyone!!! I purchased a vehicle from them and now cant get it registered because they have a lean against it. Its one thang after another with them and then they were rude about the situation.

I have tried out many of cars there. Yes as someone stated about one would not start, well here's the thing, cars on a lot don't get driven a lot and that can be expected. I got offered more than a fair deal on my car. No I didn't trade but told them what I was looking for and they was very helpful. I ended up trading with a friend. But when I do look for something else J&J will be the first and probably only stop.

Make sure you bring a mechanic with you and do your car fax. They will sell you a salvaged vehicle without saying a word about it besides that it's a great car. Bunch of crooks.
