If you are looking for spare or used parts this is the best place to go as they have the best quantity of parts and pretty good quality period but I had to drive an hour to get there and they gave me the wrong part so then I went back and even though I had told them a day ahead of time that I was in a hurry and coming to The Exchange the part they hadn't pulled it and I had to wait 30 minutes period but other than that it's a pretty good shop with good prices

Not a good experience. Tell you on the phone they might have the part, come see. Then show up they are completely no help at all. I will ill go elsewhere next time.

I drove down from Eastern KY to get parts to repair my wrecked car. They were very helpful over the phone finding the parts I needed. Had all the parts pulled and waiting on me when I arrived. Got a great deal, were very nice and the boss gave my special needs son a candy bar. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Blountville Auto Salvage!
