Always great food and service. Went there tonight with friends and family to celebrate Christmas.
This is probably the best place to get burgers in Abingdon. I've gotten a few different burgers here and the barbeque one is my favorite. The spinach dip was also fantastic. The beer selection is good. The staff is friendly. Maybe don't come here on a game day if you want a quite place to dine, though.
Beer, Football, Food that doesn't suck. Not gonna blow your mind, but you're gonna leave full and happy with your order. Great atmosphere and change of pace in a town that doesn't have many good casual options
Very good food and service. Everything is homemade and fresh will differently go back! I also like where the bar and the family restaurant was separate!!
Very nice sports-bar fare. Nice, open seating in the restaurant area and two different channels are on the TVs in both restaurant area and bar area. Nothing special about the food, but very nice if you want a sports bar.
Everything on their menu is great!!!Must go here. They have very reasonable prices too. Nice environment!
I absolutely love to eat at JJ's. We always order the fried chicken tenders with chips and a roll. they are delicious. we always have good service here from the waiters and waitresses. never had a complaint. clean and friendly and always delicious
Great service. Great variety of food on the menu even though we didn't order from the menu. The Saturday night special,Creole topped sirloin with shrimp, crawdads, and sausage was an excellent dinner choice offered by our waiter. The waiter did a great job of taking care of us. Will definitely return when back in the area.
Food is always great! Burgers are amazing. They make their own mayo and it is to die for. The only thing is that the service is lacking. On multiple occasions I have below average service. Its never been bad, just not that great.
I love JJ's! Great service and food every time. Very clean
The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. They have domestic beer as well as several craft beers on tap. Ronnie, our server, knew the menu well and did a great job of offering selections. The hamburgers are sloppy and delicious and this place knows how to fry. The batter is light and the fried oysters and shrimp were fresh and cooked to perfection. The manager checked on us to see how we enjoyed our food and he knew how to talk to a couple of foodies! Don't let the casual atmosphere throw you - this place has it figured out!
We came in for a late dinner on Saturday night with our two young children after a long drive from Florida. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the food was delicious!! I had the Creole Saute and my husband had the fried oysters. The Cajun inspired menu was on point! We were informed that the owner is from New Orleans and so no surprise the food was so amazingood. We plan to return if we ever pass through Abingdon again!
