U would Think if ur the paying customer the sales people in the parts department wouldn't treat u as a piece of carp i went and asked for a check valve spring for my s&s carb he tried to sell me a accelerator pump spring. when i finally showed him what it was. He started off that he had just showed it to me and it couldn't be purchased separate anywhere well smart ass Dennis Kerk has it for a 1.79 guys&gals I'm done with black wolf Be Seeing you Glen At BAD BOY'S CUSTOMS OLD LILLY'S HD SUPER GUY AND HE KNOWS HIS PASTS

Went and had breakfast with Santa. My grandson who is 6, absolutely had a wonderful time. It was great for him to visit with Santa and not be rushed. Thank you Scooter and staff for a great time.

Never in my life have i ever been so dreading to go anywhere for another bike or anything for that matter than i were today!!! I let my friend talk me into going to Black Wolf in Bristol,Va. We got there and went in,and wound up spending the better part of the day making friends with three of the warmest people one could ever meet!!!! These guys went way beyond the call of duty in seeing that i got the motorcycle i wanted,and bent over backwards to help me achieve that goal!! From the owner,to the sales manager (Such a kind soul),to the salesmen themselves.I never made better friends of that quantity in one day!! Top props to The Black Wolf Harley Davidson Family!!! I'll always be a customer,and i'll always send friends and family straight to these guys!! Thanks Black Wolf for Everything!!!

One of the best Harley Davidson dealerships I have been to. Took the bike to two other dealerships, which they could not find anything wrong. John from Black Wolfe took the time to listen to me, looked the bike over closely to find swing arm bushings was shot and the steering neck bearings were in bad shape. Test ride home proved that she is back in shape and ready for curve running.

A very spacious Harley-Davidson. I only went for souvenirs, but the employee behind the counter was very helpful in explaining their fearsome t-shirt grid. The facility was clean and well-stocked, and the typical biker amenities all appeared to be present. Recommended if you're a Harley-Davidson fan traveling through Appalachian Virginia.

Bought my 09 ultra there very poor experience in the purchase of the bike then thought I'd give them more business ordered my wife a purse there and almost a month has went by and no purse and staff not friendly when I call and try to find the purse Smith bros got my business from now on

The guy I bought my bike from were very nice, very helpful. This review is about when I dropped my bike and had it repaired. It was in there over 3 months, and once I got it back, after my insurance paid for over $2000.00 worth of work, I found that two major parts that were suppose to have been replaced, and were charged for, were not changed out at all. Then, the service manager, JP, wasn't even embatrassed. He said well, I waived the labor on that tire. Who cares?!?! You charged me for parts and labor on 2 items you didn't even touch. He was very rude and defensive, and I'll take my bike to Smith Brothers next time.
