This hotel is not fancy but the staff was very good all the way around. Goes to show how good staff can make an overnight stay more enjoyable.

Very disgusted to stay here. Emailed customer service with my complaints. But will say if you think this hotel is "clean" you need to re- evaluate your definition of clean.

For the value this hotel is definitely worth it especially being right next to the casino. They have a great breakfast buffet, hotel bar and restaurant on location.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room had a living room with ample counter top and cupboard space, a wet sink, good sized refrigerator, a gas fireplace, a bathroom and an additional sink and mirror make up area, and an in room safe. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaraunt was nice and the food was very good.

A 5 minute walk through the corn field path to the casino, a great, breakfast included in room rate morning treat, and very clean property make this hotel a no-brainer to stay at - really enjoyed it. We stay here on our way to and from Toronto every time. Staff is great too!

Close to the casino. Literally a 5 minute walk (in a cornfield), but there is a very convenient and friendly shuttle in the evening also.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was good. Not just carbs, but eggs and bacon as well as fruit, muffins and waffles.
Definitely recommend this place.

Great customer service, room was clean and comfy. Beds were good. Bathroom nice with vanity separate from shower so no foggy mirrors. On our way to try free hot breakfast.

Stayed here June 2016 with husband. Arrived in the late evening, check in was prompt and friendly. Room was clean. The property seemed older and nothing fancy, but everything was in good condition. Convenient location for us to walk to the casino next door. Breakfast was what we expected, bacon seemed a little weird taste & texture, but other food was good before checking out.

Our room was large and clean with plenty of pillows and towels. Service was friendly and helpful. No funny smells like hotel rooms sometime have!

I was there overnight for work. The rooms were alright. The exercise facility is poor. I didnt try the "bar" or restaurant.

Our stay at the quality inn was very relaxing. Its located in a very convenient spot right next to firekeepers casino. There is a really nice restaurant inside the hotel and a nice little bar that stays open til 2am.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with ants at this hotel. The breakfast was great though and they had worker serving waffles (yes). But, the free food could not make up for the many pest that were all over room throughout our stay. Good luck if you book this hotel.
