  A little bit thrown together feeling to me but the estates are nicely kept up and yards cleaned.

  We have lived here 6 months. Considered living here in the past and didnt due to it looking trashy and known drugs. The current manager has cleaned the place up 100%. No rift raft here and park appearance looks great. She is always helpful and very pleasant and did a great job getting our home done in a timely matter

  Horrible place management terrible treat u like u are in prison u are a prisoner there. The manager peaks in your windows goes threw your trash and personal stuff also walks right in your place and says he owns it not u Lots of drugs and alcohol and weird stuff happens..

  This 108-site community is located on State Road M-62 in Edwardsburg Michigan which is in the South Western part of the state. Many larger lots with ample trees contribute to the sub-division like feel of this community. The community has paved streets, school bus pick up inside the community and many community events, newsletters and we have on site property management. The large community hall has a large kitchen, with a stove and refrigerator. Edwardsburg offers a number of restaurants and shopping opportunities and the excellent school system has won the Blue Ribbon Award for several years. The larger city of Elkhart, IN is within 10 minutes and South Bend/Mishawaka is only 10 minutes away. This allows for small town living with the opportunities of the larger cities. Additionally we are located within an hours drive of lake Michigan and there are many small lakes are nearby. Edwardsburg Estates' sister community, C&M has 28 sites and is only a few minutes outside of Edwardsburg. Offering large lots with a country setting, paved roads, off street parking and access to community hall with large kitchen.
