I live here. I think it is nice. I have heard other areas have rats and such. The management changes a lot. Some good others not so much. Would I suggest someone live here. Yes, if you find a place for a good price. All around I'm happy and dont plan on moving out soon.

Its a great place for young people to get started. Rent for a house is comparable. Small lots to cut and vute houses. Theyre not great on getting to the repairs. My sons been waiting since April for a few small repairs and asked 3-4 times for maintenance to come. We were hoping for better service now that they sold the property but still nothing. Hes been there 18 months. Its worth the rent and space.

My kids and I patronise this place quite often. We all have friends that reside in this community. It is usually peaceful. We haven't had any issues, concerns or problems here. Old Dutch Farms is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and home repair stores. All the children seem to get along very well. A bus stop is right in front of the office building. The schools for this area are in South Lyon.

Under new management, a lot of new construction and new homes. Not the best park around but they are making it better.

Lease from them with caution. Cover yourself by getting everything in writing and taking 100's of pics on move in and out to prove damages (or lack of).
