So I was in cedar springs mobile estates the night of the storm and it took me by surprise that there was complete strangers out ready to help each other and the maintenance guy was there with the manager ready to do what was needed I had watched him come and go through out the entire night and then again at 8 am till 6 pm so thank you every body who reached out to each other it really is a great place I will be sharing what I find out about fines and how and why we get them thank you every body for being kind to one another

Like most, I heard the horror stories come out of here but four years ago I moved in. In that four years I have had nothing but great experiences with the management team and my neighbors, recently a tornado came through and a tree destroyed my roof. Not only were my neighbors right there to help tarp the roof and help with whatever I needed but management was on it the very next day removing the tree and doing whatever they could to fix my roof. I have never had a single issue here and have recommended this place to several. (My best friend moved in here as well and loves it) This community is nothing like the reputation it used to have. Everyone here treats you like family and we all do what we can for each other.

We have lived here since December of 2018, we have been nothing but happy with our home & community. They do a lot of events & cookouts for the residents for free as a way to show their appreciation. Monthly raffles drawings if you pay your rent ahead of the first, and contests for best looking yard etc will win you a gift card. Any emergency situation is addressed right away, and the staff do all they can to limit personal cost when a repair is a residents personal responsibility. I consider some of the staff family as the second there is an issue they care, and if your ever struggling they do what they can to help, and point you in the right direction to local area resources. We have an older trailer but it has been completely remodeled, we love it! We have planted a big garden and plan to tackle vegetables next summer. I understand this place had a bad rep years ago but we have had nothing but a positive experience since moving in. It’s a big reason why we stay. It’s right at the end of town so everything is close. About a mile away from the schools and over ten different fast foods places and restaurants. We love Cedar Springs & love living in CSME 💙

Caitlin and Ranee are the best. They go above and beyond and truly care about the people that live here. They do the best they can to help us with what they can and they remind me that there are still good people out there. Thank you for all you ladies do. I hope that you are as blessed as you make us. Charged for things not responsible for or just made up things to be charged for. Water bill is outrageous, and repairs are done in a timely manner, if at all. Management does not follow all the rules, and will not back you, if approached by upper management or court system, if need be, to say that they allowed a certain action, and will then try and follow protocol when pushed. Most kids run rampant with no parental supervision, and everyone is worried about everyone else, instead of their own! You also cant tell which outweighs the other.drugs or roaches! If you keep to yourself, you may be okay, maybe! Homes sold are bot always up to par, if livable at all

Horrible place. Drug deals in the middle of the day at the curb, every other trailer has a registered sex offender, at leat 1/5 of the units are not fit to be lived in but they rent them out until they tear them down here. 2-5 year old kids walking around in the street with no parents flipping u off cause u ask them to move so u can driver thru. Stray cats everywhere. Trash scattered in the yards. Makes u wonder if the rumors of management being on narcotics are true. Not that i believe them but if not u would think they would care more.

This place has roaches, and the water bill is outrageous!! The office and maintenance staff are great though. They have sent pest control, but I have seen many roaches outside so I am sure the entire park has problems! Wish we would have known that before we moved in!

My daughter moved into this park against all warnings. Now she is looking to move. This park is full of riff raff & drug users. Right behind my daughter's place are two trailers right next to each other that are now empty due to evictions. Well when the people started moving their stuff out the stirred up all their cockroaches as well. My daughter said there were so many they were covering the sidewalks. She encircled her trailer inside then out with borax.

What a revamp from a few years ago. They have gotten rid of all of the troubled tenants, and have moved a bunch of brand new homes in. Really appreciate the change and plan on staying here for good :).

Wow what a difference this Trailer Park is making. Ive lived here 3 years and my first year was rough not going to lie but lately the people, the managers are actually starting to care about this place. Also they tore down a lot of this s*** holes and put brand new homes in. Keep up the good work CSME!

been her awhile so it is true about what people said about old management. but ever since new management came in the place is on it way up. Total different feelin. Affordable clean and safe and I am Really happy living here. Almost moved out but glad I stayed.

This place is horrible the owner cares more about plastic surgery than she does taking care of her business. She is going to melt one of these days from all of the plastic. This place needs to be shut down and if it is in my power it will be soon. They refuse to fix anything in the park. They are also charging every tenant for an old debt on the water because she decided to pay for plastic surgery instead of the water bill. Susie is a crook who needs to be put in jail.
