Short notice travel caused me to arrive @ the hotel without a reservation. Because they offered veterans discount i thought i would honor them. When i arrived the price they charged me was different than the price on their web site. I addressed the issue and clerk stated there was nothing she could do. I asked for the veterans dicount and she stated all she could do is take off 5 dollars. Very disappointed with this hotel.
Room was good for a 2 star hotel. But drain in tub was clogged.response / report this review -

We have always stayed at this motel and feel just like family here. We have been treated wonderfully from the time we check in to the time we leave. Staff is always very kind and willing to help us any way they can. We would never stay anywhere else while we're visiting family in this area or if we just come down for some R&R and shopping! Rooms are very nice and in size as well. Everything is clean . We have not one complaint!

Very pleasant motel.
Has all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised. Pool, workout room, microwave, frig., WiFi and an awesome shower( full water pressure) .

Very happy with the service, the room was very clean and decor was fairly modern. We had the jacuzzi suite and absolutely loved it!!!

The rooms are pretty inexpensive. There was some weird stuff stuck to the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The window wouldn't stay locked. There were stains on the bedding and floor. Upside, the staff was nice and it had a pool.

We enjoyed every second of our stay! The staff was very sweet. I was mildly disappointed when I had to pay $10 more than the price previously quoted and that the lady I reserved the room with and gave my credit card information to apparently lost it. They had no record of me even reserving the room. Thank goodness they still had one available for us though. My kids are already begging to go back! This was our only chance for a family vacation and I'm pleased it went so well! I wish we could afford to do this more often!

The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was lacking of product hense my 4 star rating. Staff forgot my room for cleaning so had to go to desk for clean towels

this place is a rip off $100 deposit and then at checkout the lady who can barely speak English cuz I have to check your room she brings me back to the room and they're going through my garbage and she points to the crumbs from the pizza I ate and says in broken English these cigarette ashes you smoke no refund so basically they ripped me off I wouldn't go to this place if it was the only place on the left on the planet to sleep I don't smoke but there was plenty of marijuana smoke and smoked in this hotel I went to go to the vending machine and I must have got a contact high because it was so bad so stay away is my advice not to mention the room was not up to par that's for sure they definitely don't clean their hot tubs tube say the least it was disgusting my advice don't stop Three Rivers Super 8 it is ghetto as hell

For the money, location, accessibility you can't beat it, staff are friendly, breakfast is good overall. Been a few times and never been disappointed. They keep it clean and tidy, beds and bathrooms always have fresh towels and sheets. Parking couldn't be easier, elevator helps with the smaller kids and luggage, there's also plenty of stairs. Plenty of restaurants, Walmart and Meijer all within a mile!

The owner double charged my card on two separate occasions, the pool was shut down for maintenance the entire time I was there. The room was clean with the exception of the overpowering scent of marijuana. Rates changed in prices mysteriously during the week, one day the room was 70 then the next 110. Certainly would not recommend this particular hotel, better options are available in town. If you are forced to stay here do not give this man your card info, pay cash..

Clean and simple. Needed a place to stay, and it was good. Saw a few bugs (spider and a beetle) nothing concerning. Good price friendly staff.
