The receptionist was amazing very friendly and welcoming. The whole place was clean and all employees are nice. Way better than the Baymont on the other side of town.

Only issue we had staying here was the hall was rented out and had to hear the music late into the night.

The rooms here were nice and clean. The staff was more than helpful when we ran into a slight issue with our room they were more than willing to fix it. The indoor pool was amazing my only issue with the pool is that we had to ask the front desk for towels because there were none in the pool room. All in all it was a great experience for and affordable price. I do see myself using this establishment again in the future. I would also recommend this particular Baymont Inn to anyone who is staying in the Battle Creek area.

The Hotel Attendant was VERY accommodating, VERY friendly & social with her guests!!!! Room was nice and clean, breakfast had a large selection. Overall nice place! Would definitely stay again.

Room was OK. Clean with typical appointments for this level. I dislike the heating units under the window. Typically range from too warm to cool throughout the night and are loud. The continental breakfast is poor. Only dry cereal and waffle machine. No fruit or protein.

My grievances are few, mainly just a loudly humming fridge that seemed to kick on randomly throughout the night. The room was clean, the food good, the staff helpful I enjoyed my stay.

Every time I come to Battle Creek I stay here, and I must admit for the pricing level this is one fine hotel. Never had much of an issue with my stays, and their breakfast puts other continental breakfasts to shame. Only comment I would make is close to checkout time the key card can sometimes begin to stop working, but that's a minor issue. Other than that it's a great hotel for the price!

Checked in late afterleaving another hotel and the staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful staff hotel is comfy a bit dated but they make your stay very pleasent ..

Nice, clean, family friendly, yet quiet. Staff was very helpful in sharing good places to visit in the area. Would book another stay anytime I was in Battle Creek.

The location is not the greatest it's too close to the High school. Besides that the space is quiet. The rooms were clean and the amenities are nice.

I travel frequently and this is by far, the worst experience I've ever had! Room had a terrible odor, the bathroom was disgusting, and the front desk employee seemed to be in a heatef argument with a guest and came off as extremely rude! I'll definitely be staying somewhere else next time I come to Battle Creek!

Horrible experience! We found bed bugs and they wouldn't return our money! Along with filthy tubs! The rooms stunk like wet carpet, and u could hear the employees talking very loudly in the hallways. The front desk was very rude and wouldn't give me a higher up number to contact! I will never! Come back to this hotel again!!

We got the best room they had, with a balconyWell the Balcony goes out to the indoor pool.WHAT??? Then when the pool get busy guess what you hearEVERYTHING.Not to mention upon first walk inewwwww it was Dusty, gross, we found mold under the headrest in the Jacuzzi, HA funny only 4 pillows allowed in each room. The guy literally said that to me. I would have to return the pillow used for the pull out couch (1 pillow he brang) for my child to sleep with. Not a few like I asked for. I was told I jad to bring that pillow back to the desk upon checkout..The room was not clean, I could see drink rings on the Jacuzzi ledge, there was what looked like blood on the curtains to go out to the indoor pool balcony weird thing..

We had a second floor room. We had been told there would be cots available, but when we checked in at 4:00 pm, they said they were all taken. The poor girl working the desk was all alone and wasn't able to keep up with the influx from the wrestling tournament, although she stayed very pleasant.

The location was in close proximity to our destination. Most of the amenities in the rooms have been updated. The service wasn't terrible. We checked in and arrived an hour later to only have housekeeping accessing the room to place more towels without our knowledge. The rest of the stay was without interruption. Beds were firm and fridge was on the noisy side. Would stay here again as you get what you pay for.
