I've Ben here a few times for the brunches. They are phenomenal and I highly recommended it to some friends and they called while at brunch to let me how wonderful their experience was and thanked me again and again. Once again the staff is always helpful and security is top notch. Day or shine if I'm back packeging the security is sure to check my bag every time I enter the building. Shoot sometime 2 or three timesthey are thorough with their examinations and I'm glad I know it's a safer Casino when they are asking to check my bag upon every entry!! Brunch is well worth it.
Shula's Restaurant- made private dining reservations a week prior to event for employer Christmas party. We arrived and we did not have a private room, as we expected. We had two tables together but it was very loud in restaurant so we were unable to speak freely and be heard by all. We had a party of 15. To my knowledge, two steaks were not prepared as requested. After cutting into my steak, I noticed it was medium rare and not medium well. I sent it back and it was returned well done. But, it was obviously reheated and served again. I feel they should've cooked a fresh steak properly, as requested. The meal was great other than the meat mishap. The service was good. I do believe we will plan our parties elsewhere in the future. We paid good money at their restaurant for an unsatisfactory dining experience.
Wild Horse is close and convenient with lots of great gaming choices and a poker room. The hotel is very nice. Inviting, tastefully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Also a sparkling pool which is great if you're traveling with kids but other than the premium outlet mall across the casino parking lot, there is really not much to keep kids occupied in the immediate area. Nice food court with deli, Asian, burgers and Italian food choices. Although they really could use an update in cuisine choices, it's been several years since a new restaurant has been added. As far as restaurants go Shula's is a high end steakhouse, 24/7 is reliable for diner type fare with a very tempting bakery counter and Ling & Louie's is a variation from typical Asian food. There is also a small coffee spot that serves Starbucks.
Well I haven't stayed at the hotel but I've spent more than one night playing the slots. And I can say it's one of my favorite casinos . Nice open space. Happy atmosphere along with the people who are part of the staff. Would recommend checking it out if you haven't been by yet .
We enjoyed a fun filled weekend at the hotel and casino this past weekend for the Arizona Automotive Recycler's Association. The staff was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, my husband left his keys behind in the hotel room, but we were quickly taken care of by Jenny in the customer service department. She mailed the keys the same day, we got them the next day in Tucson and then followed up to make sure we received them. This was free of charge for our mistake of leaving them! Thank you Jenny! We will be back!
On my first trip to this casino I was impressed with the overall look and free valet parking. I went to play a 5$ black jack table and was told minimums were 10$ a it was a holiday. I could understand that but it was at
Our favorite Casino, Theater, Hotel, and pool for our Summer Staycations in Arizona. We have stayed here multiple times. And each time it has gotten better over the years. Excellent staff. The rooms are always very clean. The concierge is always willing to help with any special plans or occasions. The pool has activities in summer, live music, and drink specials. Happy hour in the casino 🍻🍷🍻Compliments to the management.
Wild Horse Pass Casino and Hotel is just outside of Chandler Arizona. It is a nice casino and well-lit on the inside. There are also plenty of restaurants that are open 24 hours a day. Their desserts at the cafe were excellent. The outlet mall next door is also very convenient with tons of shops and is almost full. Many years ago I ate at the buffet which was not all that great however the restaurant Ling and Louie's was very good.
Love this place. First thing I notice every time I walk in is the wonderful smell. Always clean. Fun atmosphere. They keep the slots rotated so there's always something new. There is a small non smoking section with a good variety of slots. Prime rib at a reasonable price on Friday and Saturday nights. Air vents in the floor help keep the smoke away. Only real complaint is it's always so cold. Be sure to bring a sweater with you. Plenty of truck parking and parking is patrolled by security.
Place looks and feels great. Was a nice escape from the heat of the day. Everyone I interacted with (in terms of staff) were very warm and inviting. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Would definitely recommend and go back.
Very nice hotel. Loved the room and the beds where very comfortable. The casino was full if a bad cigarette smell which made us not stay in the casino long. No drink wait staff available around slots or tables. Pool and hit tub was nice. Loved the free cucumber water by the pool to keep hydrated. Conference rooms where lovley along with the wait staff. Food was delicious!
The casino is great! I didn't win anything but that's to be expected. Dinner at the 24/7 cafe was decent. My nachos were good but my mom's biscuits and gravy was lacking flavor and a little dry. Happy hour in the casino is awesome and I wish it applied while in the restaurant. Overall good experience.
Place was full. Parking lot maxed to over flow. Place is clean. Everyone there was enjoying themselves. No free booze but water and other refreshments were. Join players club for benefits was fast simple.
Plenty of machines. Tables were alright.
Bar was hoping in the early afternoon.
People seem to be like a family or neighborhood friends to each other.
Everyone staff and players. On first name bases with each other.Hard to find a single machine open. As for design layout was consider for player control.
Center was bar inside circle was tables outer circle was machines. Broken down by size and types not much as others as seperated or partition by size of payouts or jackpots.
Busy place for sure.
The facility itself is aesthetically pleasing and impressive. By far my favorite casino in the Phoenix area just for that. I am a non-smoker so having the high ceilings really helps with the cloud especially on busy days. Service on the casino floor is always quick and I appreciate them always being present even if I don't want anything. I have not stayed at the hotel but it too is a sight for sore eyes. Perhaps some day soon I'll have the opportunity to stay as an overnight guest!
