  Friendly staff comfy bed room 119 smelled like mildew. Can’t turn off or on the air conditioner.

  My wife and I stayed here on our most recent visit to Phoenix. The location is great and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a good job of tidying up. I didn't have any interactions with the staff, so I cant comment on that. My one complaint (which is a very 1st world complaint) is that the air conditioning is very loud. It kicked on/off several times throughout the evening when my wife and I were trying to sleep and it was so loud that we woke up nearly every time. It was worse than a severe thunderstorm.

  Bed was way too soft. Could not sleep through the night. Woke up with back issues.

  No complaints. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. But decent. Room didn't have any problems and the bed was on the comfy side. Not the best hotel ever. But very adequate.

  Very nice compared to the other hotels around two queen size beds bathroom is a little small but fuctional food is complementary in the morning. Overall 5 stars

  Love this place! Rooms are clean and spacious. Crew was polite and helpful. Prices was exactly what I was looking for. We will definitely be coming back.

  First of all.3rd party book. (Hotels, bookings, priceline)..price = accommodations.. breakfast is great.. location is convenient, front desk is friendly..down sides, older motifs..pool is small..hot tub is personal..shower won't drain while in1/2 price of Radisson next doorenough saidcant beat priceking deluxe room was perfect

  The manager was VERY rude. And wouldn't let me and my children stay in a room because of a fire hazard. But that seemed pretty obnoxious considering that we were right next to the elevator.

  Front desk people are nice and helpful. Especially the kid in the morning, Josh. We had our flight cancelled he was helpful and understanding. Breakfast outstanding. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Would recommend to others
