  This is literally the worst Publix I’ve ever been to. It was slow and disorderly—not at all a pleasure. It took about ten minutes before we were acknowledged at the deli; an additional fifteen waiting to check out.
  Helpful hint: Florida’s bogo policy is different so check with your local store.

  Publix in and of itself is a great place to shop, however this store specifically (store #331) has been phenomenal. I've been working with Jeff and Katrina in the bakery and they have gone above and beyond to help me with the perfect cake for my son's birthday. I live about 3 hours South of this store, however I will be in Orlando for my son's birthday and wanted to order the cake in the area so I didn't have to transport it. They worked with me over the course of a few days helping me with my custom cake order. They gave me multiple recommendations and led me to, what I believe will be, the perfect cake. I haven't seen it yet, but I fully expect it to be as fantastic as my service has been. Huge thank you goes out to them for helping make my son's birthday special!!

  My experience shopping at publicly is always a pleasure. The employee are friendly and knowledgeable about products being sold. The store is always nice and clean, I just love Publix it's my favorite place to shop.

  I very rarely shop there ,yet they sell duck. ..Husband and I have been wanting to make Duck A L' Orange for a while now I hate shopping but it was Quick and painless. .The employees were very helpful and kind

  My experience at Publix today was , at best horrific I parked next to a white Nissan Pathfinder and heard a small dog barking windows were up my car read 91° it had to be over a hundred in the vehicle, I walked in and reported it to the service desk they wanted nothing to do with it the woman at the service desk called out will the owner of a white Nissan come to the front, that was it when I asked if they could call security for the strip mall that was right down from Publix they told me they did not have the number. Needless to say that will be my last trip to Publix, for a company that says they strive to treat their employees like family and families wonderfully they do not.

  This store is a joke. It starts from the lack of management providing any type of customer service. When there are many options for your grocery needs, I would expect that the employees would recognize the value of having a customer come to their store. Its disappointing that Publix tries to advertise the customer service they offer when it's not even close at this store. I use to shop many times a week and now have the luxury of Amazon delivering to me so I don't have to deal with the poor service that is expected at this store. The employees don't understand that competition is knocking on the door and if they continue their lack of service, many more customers will be out the door like myself. I make mention of management because they have to set the example. I have never had a good experience with any of the managers. Extremely rude and care about their outside personal lives more than understanding the needs of the customers that are in front of them when they are shopping at the store.

  Not my usual Publix but convenient at the time. Target was cat food. Discovered larger better selection than at my fancier regular Publix. Nice people and fast. I'll be back there!

  It is shocking that this publix stopped having sushi.ridiculous and disappointing. Last 7 years of shopping with publix this turned me off. Good luck with your business
