Stopped by to get a couple tubes for my daughter's bicycle. I was greeted by a nice lady with a smile, that offered quick, friendly and professional service.

I came into town for a race and stopped by after to have a flat repaired and to pick up some other things. The staff was very friendly and the mechanic on staff really knew his stuff! Awesome service, thanks again guys!

Just picked up a new TCR from the team here and their service was fantastic. The selection in the shop is too notch, especially if you're Giant loyal like me. The icing on the cake, however, was that they mailed me a thank you card with a check enclosed because it turns out the bike price was slightly lower online. They've found a repeat customer with that kind of honest service. Definitely recommend them.

After this experience, I won't buy a bike from a "big box" store again. This is now my go-to place for cycling equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. And they're passionate about what they do. Which makes me very comfortable asking questions and knowing they're giving me sound advice. My wife and I both bought bikes here. They spent a lot of time making sure we were getting a properly fit bike for our size and desired use. They had us test ride and everything before we finalized our decision. Big department stores generally don't or can't do this. I had been to other bike stores during my shopping around time that treated me like I didn't matter. These people make me feel like a valued customer. Since then I've returned for various accessories and a nice hitch mount bike rack. I've been very happy with everything I've purchased from them. Not just the quality of what they carry, but their prices are reasonable too.I started bike riding again after not doing it for about 21-22 years. I don't think I would enjoy it as much as I do if I had gone anywhere else for what I needed.

Great ownership team in Nasser and Zara with a top notch lead mechanic Neal. Just acquired my third Giant bike in last 18 months and each transaction was a pleasure. The team at Clermont Bicycles just doesn't sell you a bike, they sell you an experience. Impresssed on how much time and effort they take to help you analyze what type of riding experience fits your personal style and match you to the right bike. After the sale they make sure you are satisfied and provide great mechanical service to keep your riding experience enjoyable. Love the Giant product line they offer for every riding style. Great place to visit if your looking for a cycle, gear or service.

I don't know what happened to this place recently, but everything's been downhill. I've been waiting for a bike since two weeks before Christmas, their communication has been absolutely nonexistent. I went in today, February 2, which is over two months after I was supposed to get the bike and an employee told me that it came in damaged and they refused to sign for it and sent it back. Thanks so much for your communication, now I get to go home and explain to my daughter that her Christmas bike isn't coming.

I went in the store today to buy a bike, and i found one that i really liked and even took it for a test ride. Once we were back in the store and i was asking questions about the bike the owner sold the bike right out from underneath me. Some other customer came in and was allowed to buy it when i was there first and planning on buying it. I will not be returning to that store thats not the way you do business. The other custmer being that he came in well after myself should have been told that they would be able to order one for him. That was completely disrespectful.
