Clean super friendly people behind the counter and in the rooms next door. No bugs! ( I was worried about that before coming down after seeing other hotels bad reviews about that) I think some dude might have been casing out my car the day I was leaving and the night before but that's just a hunch. Otherwise breakfast was good . all good! Michelle (days) and Wydondra (evening) are superb people persons. Wolf the manager is worthy of his position and very amiable, friendly and grateful for patronage.
To reply to other posters about the weird smell(s)
Since every body and their damn mother thinks animals are people, every damn hotel allows animals in every damn room. Guess what. They don't always make it to the toiletok? Leave your freakin animals home, or in the wild, or in a shelter. I hate that.

Clean rooms, the bathroom and bedrooms were very clean. Always well restocked with towels, and given privacy if needed. The staff are more willing to go out of their way and try to help any way they can.

its a nice place, I came from. North PA to work on the disaster relief, and what I didn't like is that they allow strangers to get in their parking lot and they steal workers tools and anything they see is worth it,try for have a cop around it.. don't disappoint me we are in America and shall be respect for others,no steal .. please put more surveillance

It was nice to stay at this Extended stay. During hurricane Irma, we lost light for a week and had damage to our roof. My family and I stayed for a few nights until our power was back. Mrs.Gloria and her staff, where so polite , courtiers and compassion . Made our stay much easier under the circumstance . Thank you Mrs.Gloria, Pablo and Sarah . God bless you always .

I prepaid for a one night stay after a long day of International travel. I called the hotel ahead of time (9am local time) and told them that I would arrive late (my flight arrived at midnight). They told me they would hold the room for me "no problem". I stood in the lobby for 25 min while the front desk attendant laughed and joked with guests and ignored me. When she finally spoke to me she spent 20 min saying "um" and then told me they didn't have a room. Completely unprofessional and poor service. Never stay in this hotel! There are much better options in the Orlando area for the same price.

Bed is pretty firm and pillows are lumpy, but otherwise the room (king suite) is very nice and clean. Large fridge and functional kitchen. I am staying here because my house has no power from the hurricane. It is a great deal for the price.

My wife and I are here for my work, along with us are two children. Although we are 1000 miles from our home during this transition for work, there are some of the most hospitable, detail attentive hospitality employees that I've ever personally have met. When we first checked in the professional front desk clerk, her name was Gami, actually knew we had traveled far and were tired and went out of her way to make us comfortable and a great room while they could get a king suite vacant. A true sparkling personality from the manager Gloria, she always treats you like she's welcoming you home when you walk in the front door. I normally do not leave reviews but after seeing some negative reviews from others, I decided to give my opinion since I am sometimes not to easy to get along with when it comes to customer service, but I honestly have to say no matter how my day is Kenny or SaraI will always have a kind gesture or attentive to whether I need anything from towels to toilet paper. They all seem to my family and I to always genuinely want to help you. Tito a newer desk clerk went out of his way to make sure we got a new shower curtain and clean towels, they were drying when my wife asked for them and he promptly brought them to our room and were still warm from the dryer. The place has been easy to call a temporary home while here and with the pools, grab breakfast goodies, coffee, pools, grills, and pretty quiet environment, I would recommend this place to anyone and have, the rooms are roomy and really have a studio apartment feel. Thanks for making our travel and lengthy stay so far be a GREAT ONE!

We arrived late at night after leaving Disney. The service was quick and we were in our room in 5 minutes. The room itself is nice and spacious with amenities you would be hard pressed to find in other hotels.

The Management and Friendly staff always fulfill my accommodations This is a perfect place to stay to accommodate you lodging if you need to stay one day or months at a time, it has convenient laundry facilities on-site, the rooms have a allot of space for your needs, the kitchen is a very good size with cooking amenities as well. A good place to stay with a family staff at your convenience.

Let me start with the good. The ac worked good. Shower was nice n hot.

Now with the bad. This must be the only hotel I've ever seen with no twin beds. The staff wasn't helpful at all with that issue. My entire floor smelled like old fish. The bathroom could of been cleaner. the window made some weird noise. When I investigated it, I found that the window was broken and they attempted to fix it with tape. And lastly they're "Continental Breakfast" was the biggest slap to the face. It was more of a snack bar. I could get a better breakfast at a gas station. This upset me the most , thinking I'll save a couple bucks on breakfast.
I hope this helps you with your pick. I mean it's better than sleeping in your car I guess.
