We had a wonderful week-long stay. The staff, especially the Resort Manager, were amazing. They responded immediately when we had a problem and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were, large, clean, and conveniently located very close to Universal (~5 mins) and Disney (~15-20 mins). The kitchen is well stocked with pans, silverware, dishes, and glasses and the staff even found us a kettle!

Great well equipped rooms. If you don't need all the extra amenities of a big resort it's a lot less vacation points. Well positioned on i-drive

The room was great. Even though it was mid-november when we visited the pool was nice. It's also helpful that it is located right next to Fun Spot!

Really nice place, basically an apartment. Full kitchen and laundry too. Bring your own food, or walk a ways to Dennys. A shuttle to Universal would be a be a big plus though. It's close but slightly far to walk.

Rooms are clean and nicely set up. Beds are slightly hard but it's manageable. The counters and appliances are nicely upgraded. Pool is nice and clean. Hot tub is large and nice. Kiddie pool is awesome for my baby. Would definitely stay again!

The sunshine resort is a great hotel for staying with a large group. As far as the quality of the rooms go, they are spacious and the beds are decently comfortable. The rooms each had a television in them, and there was coffee in the kitchen. The bathrooms aren't absolutely luxurious, but they get the job done. Behind the hotel, there are many activities that guests can participate in including shuffle board, table tennis and giant chess. There is also a decently sized pool and child pool, along with a hot tub. Some things that really stand out to me is that the pull out couch bed is pretty comfortable and there are usable grills by the pool. However, one major problem with the hotel is the parking. There is a "Fun Spot" within walking distance, so people visiting that place seem to love to park right in front of the hotel, taking up convenient parking spaces for overnight guests. All in all, this hotel is a great place for groups to stay overnight if you're doing something in Orlando.

Stayed here on Labor Day weekend with six of my friends and we really enjoyed our stay! Our room had everything we needed and it's close to pretty much everything so we didn't have to drive to far. Most definitely will stay here again.

Extremely clean and spacious apartments!! Courteous and helpful staff. My husband and I stayed in Phase 2 on the 6th floor, and we would definitely stay here again. Less crowded, more spacious rooms, and much quieter than The Fountains!!

A lot of things breaking down within our stay.. our phone was disabled the whole time despite our complaints to the front desk. The door in front of the washer came off the hinges the sinks look like they had mold growing on it. Our hot tub didn't hold water and we had to get the drain fixture replaced and the toilet in the master went nuts the day before we left .. craziness!!!

I loved my stay here! Rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's within walking distance to many stores including outlet malls, grocery stores, bakeries, and more. Recreation at the hotel itself had many optons too! I highly reccomend.

The 2 bedroom apartment unit is very spacious and all the amenities are extremely convenient for families. The staff is wonderful and very attentive but the units themselves are in news of extensive repairs and cleaning. The washer machine cycle knob was broken, the silverware drawer rubbed on top of cupboard below. The dishwasher needed replacing. The bottom rack had to be lifted up and placed in the bottom of the machine. There was a cockroach in the closet where the pool towels and spare bedding are. The sofa and two chairs had a few stains on them each. Overall it's a good value if you don't fuss over details.

Absolutely recommend this place to stay. As a family or group of friends. We had total privacy from the others the place was so spacious. The location to the parks was great too. We enjoyed the facilities here as well

This place is awesome and beautiful. It's a place where you can get away with your family or just for you and a husband/wife. It's REALLY actually located right NEXT to fun spot. The rooms are very nice and clean; we have a suite that came with a full kitchen that comes with a blender, toaster, knifes, spoons, forks, and more, 2 full rooms with 2 queen beds 1 king, a jacuzzi in the master, full furnished livingroom, and way more for you guys to see. Best ever yet hotel. Coming back to spend a whole week.
