We stayed in room 213. Seemed to be slightly larger then rest of the rooms on the mobile app. Room was large, updated and very clean. Breakfast was an average free breakfast. No complaints.

Comfortable rooms, convenient to the airport, with a 24-hour free shuttle that can take you to restaurants and other locations within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. Check in with friendly and efficient, the rooms and beds are pleasant. And the price is very reasonable.

One of the blandest hotels I've ever been to, even compared to other basic chains. Front desk had no personality and didn't make our keys for the full stay. There was some garbage in the corner of the room and long hairs (not mine) in the bathroom. Only down pillows that were flat on the bed. Breakfast didn't have syrup for the waffles but had strawberries. All of that said, it was a pleasant enough stay and my complaints are minor in the scheme of things I've experienced at hotels so I'm still giving it 4 stars.

Great hotel to be close by the airport.
Nice fit pits out back to sit around, and pool is great.
Rooms are nice, and breakfast is traditional in the AM.
Chris the driver is great and provides excellent ideas for dining and entertainment while in the area.
I've stayed here twice in the last 2 years.

We did the park-stay& fly. Over Thanksgiving week. Very clean, proceed very reasonable.
Upon check in we reserved the shuttle for our early morning flight, they were right on time. Within 10 minutes at the most, we were at the airport checking in. Just got back, called Hampton inn after we got our luggage. They were there to get us within 10 minutes. Chris our driver happened to be the driver that originally dropped us at the airport. He was very prompt both times. Even loaded our luggage in our car upon return. Thank you Chris :-)
The price for the 1 night stay and leaving the car for 1 week was only $167.00 and believe me I researched all of my options first.
The car was parked in a safe location at the hotel, I had no reservations leaving it there. Meaning I wasn't worried. If you're going out of Orlando airport and need a Park-Stay-Fly this is definitely the perfect place to stay. We will be back!!

Great location! Very approachable front desk attendants. A nice pool. Close to awesome restaurant's. Close to the airport. They have a free shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel.

Wonderful stay! The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was hot and the options changed each day. The pool was a little over chlorinated and needed to be skimmed, but the overall experience was very pleasing!

Great stay! The showers are pretty fabulous and the rooms have a very open floor plan (I stayed in a single). If you stay in the top floors, be sure to ask for a room with an even number because those rooms face the beauty of this part of Orlando! Also, they have a pretty great breakfast and it wasn't so crowded like most mornings in other hotels.

The rooms were clean and nice, though they did smell a little humid when we first arrived. Turning on the AC resolved that though. The beds were firm, which I liked. The free breakfast was amazing, except for the oj, eggs with cheese, chocolate chips for waffles, and several other options. There was a ton of variety and it all looked great. It was very close to the airport, which made it easy to drop off our family member at 6am.

Second stay in a week. First time booked through website, not Hampton Inn or Hilton. Got a super nice room, great price but when inquired about parking and taking shuttle to airport was told there was a daily parking charge since I didn't book directly through Hilton. Asked if being a Hilton Honors member would offer free parking. Was told only if I'd booked through them. Second stay, offered no discount with Hilton Honors card, small room with 2 queen beds, nothing special, no breaks on price even though they said they would if booking directly through them. Light bulbs in room were burned out in ceiling, bathroom, and by bed. Room was the least quality af any Hampton Inn we have stayed in, and we've stayed in many. Happy on first stay, not so much second stay. If you promise a better deal through Hilton than another booking sites then carry through with it! Not impressed for second stay in 5 days. Would have pushed for better deal but it was late and I was to tired to haggle. I will definately compare prices the next time. Great location, shuttle driver was very kind and extremely helpful.

Flight got cancelled at 10:00 PM, so the airline put us up in this hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, even at that late hour. They directed me right to their shuttle, booked me a room, and had the shuttle scheduled to take be back to the airport early the next morning. The room was clean, huge, and nice! I can't say enough good things about this hotel, definitely some of the best service I have received!

Room was simply amazing with a nice view, spacious, very clean, and very updated. The hotel stay were very friendly and helped me with things way beyond their necessary duties to ensure my stay was great. Lots of restaurants nearby that they have coupons too and very close to airport. 10/10 would recommend. Although, will say I am quite biased as I am Hilton Honors and love Hilton Hotels.

We missed a flight and decided to use Hampton for our last minute accommodations. They sent a free shuttle to pick us up, gave us a fantastic rate and a beautiful room. Since our luggage was on the plane that we missed, the hotel supplied us with necessities like toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as a shuttle to Walmart the next morning to buy our girls bathing suits so they could swim during the day to pass time until it was time to leave for our flight. The hotel staff were beyond helpful. We also were given a free shuttle back to the airport. Very pleased. My only complaint, which really wasn't the hotel's fault, was that the person in the room above us was a VERY heavy walker and kept us awake for a while. Would stay again for sure.

Great hotel. Very close to the airport and various food options. The hotel has online check-in and digital key which allowed us to skip the hotel check-in lines after our long flight and get instant access to our room using only our cell phone. The hotel is very clean and spacious. They have a friendly staff willing to help out and answer any questions.
