Purchased coho salmon about 7pm Saturday night, took home and refrigerated; however, on Sunday, it was smelling up the whole kitchen when unwrapped. It was spoiled. The other, different salmon was fine. Froze the spoiled salmon and returned to the store on Monday morning for a refund. Will speak to manager about monitoring fresh meats more closely. This was one bad experience, but will try again before writing Publix off.

I ordered a publix sub last night to be picked up at 12:00 for my lunch break. When I got there, i waited 10 minutes until someone finally decided to approach me o only to realize that my sub was made completely wrong. Deciding not to risk being late for work, I went to pay for my items at the self check out area. It took another 10 minutes because the attended didn't really know what he was doing. Never again.

Another great Publix Market. Safe and Well staffed store with fast checkout lines.

After another visit to what we now call our neighborhood Publix off camp creek I must say that the management md staff are keeping with Publix's high standards and are providing a very large population of south Atlanta with great food and service in a clean environment. 👍🏻👍🏻

On 6/20/17 I made a online order at 11:00am for 11:30 pick up For my lunch break I arrive around 11:40 I pay for my sandwich I go back to work and open it and there is nothing but chicken and cheese on my sub when it was several condiments that was suppose to be on their but wasn't . So I took a picture and called the moment I seen it and talked to a manager named Artie and he said come in the next day and he will take care of it. So today I go in and talk to a manager name Justin and he talks to Artie I guess and he said they can remake the sandwich but I have to wait in line which is ridiculous because on my receipt it specifically says what I ordered!. This isn't the first time I've had problems with online orders at this publix

First of all let me say that this location is always busy. During my time and visits there I always expect to be in there a while so I really don't get upset about the time anymore. I usually order a sub twice a week form the deli online 2 to 4 hours before I need to pick it up. This particular day I get to deli to pick up my sandwich which is 30 minutes after I requested just to ensure the sand which will be made. I get up to the counter and the worker tells me to wait a minute taking her precious time. She looks around for my ticket , she can't find it. So then another worker asks me am I sure I did it for this location show her a confirmation. I showed her the confirmation. They continued to act like they can't find it and proceeds to make the sandwich. At that point I was like I don't want the sandwich. I don't think it should have been no excuse for a sandwich to not be made in 2 hours after being placed. They really need to step the service up. I was very disappointed.

This Publix is located in a food desert therefore, it's serving a large population. Expect a large crowd during the evening when everyone is getting off work and Sundays. Parking is a nightmare! I usually end up parking far from the entrance door. I rated three stars because the produce isn't always fresh. Check all your produce thoroughly before you leave. I can't tell you how many times I purchased a bag of apples or strawberrys just to have them rot the next day. I noticed they have made improvements with rotten produce however, for this store to be so expensive, I expect better. Stocking is horrible this store is always out of items. They also do not have a large variety of items. So far the staff have been very nice to me. However, they're not very helpful not even the manager. I drive all the way to the Dekalbs Farmer Market for my produce. I only come here for last minute things.

This Publix is horrible. I have to go here every week and every single week I say "I hate coming here." There is never any parking and the aisles are always crammed. It does not make it any better that they have item sitting in the middle of the outside aisles. It makes it difficult to maneuver around the store and stand in line. I always have the worst experience going here its almost as if this is the only grocery store in the whole area. It would be best in my recommendation for you to take your business elsewhere.
