They practice discrimination. I just wanted to get my eyebrows done but the lady didn’t do them because im in a wheelchair. She said “Sorry, you have to be able to be in this chair” (Their lounge chair)
I’ve been to many places to do my eyebrows and they always do it in my wheelchair.
But at this place as soon as I went in, she had a dirty look.

Discrimination is practiced here. They did not want to thread my neck and side burns because I’m a guy. So had to leave!! After a different lady has threaded my neck twice from that same place. They even charged $16 after they said it was $12

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced or even seen! The woman was so rude and unpleasant. I specifically asked to only get the areas around my eyebrows cleaned up, and I left with super skinny, uneven eyebrows! So disappointed. Not recommended.

Lady who works there has a terrible attitude and just terrible customer service skills. Got my eyebrows threaded and she left bruises and cuts around them. Would not recommend this place at all.

It was around my birthday and I wanted to do a makeover. I decided to go into Arches to get my lashes done for the first time. They seemed to be nice enough when I signed in. I kind of got the impression that the young lady who did my lashes did not have a lot of experience..(that was after the fact) I don't know how the procedure usually goes but I was not pleased with my results at all.. She used some black glue to adhere the lashes and I mean lots of it. The lashes were uneven, and what I mean by that is I had more lashes on the right than I did on the leftI had to walk around with those clumps of glue on my lash line and uneven lashes for about 2 wks. I tried to get them off but they would not budgeand it cost me 35.00 That was almost a year agoNeedless to say, I won't be going back this year.

I ask her my brows arched and cleaned up there they do leave the brows thing which I'm not a fan of but overall good experience, just have to be very specific.

Horrible, the lady is heavy handed. She left my eyebrows so nasty! Never again.

So I told the lady how to do my brows and just a clean up one of my left brow is thinner than the right so start with that one. She stands on the left side and begins to take hair off the right -_- . She finishes the left brow and it looks good. She starts on the right and she went kung fu karate on that brow. When she was done I told her they are crooked. You took off the corner. She said well you wanted a clean up. I said the clean up is the bottom part. She asked, well what do you want me to do? I said what can you do? Can you fix it? Can you?? She was so nonchalant. I said I have a wedding to go to, I'm pregnant, it's hot, I'm hot and I don't want to wear makeup, but now I have to because you messed up my eyebrow. So what can you do?? She said ever so nonchalantly, Sorry. I gathered my belongings and got up and walked up. There was no need to argue with her or a manager. I may or may not be back but it won't be to her chair. I may try the the treading kiosk around the corner next time. I've been scarred. And this wasn't my first time here. I come here all the time.
