Drug users heaven. If you are into hitting the drugs hard, this is the place for you! Took one look at this place and ran! Crackwhores galore!!! 12/02/17 drug arrest. Cops crawling all over the place last night.

This place is a mess, gross and the female receptionist was rude and grumpy. No smile no greeting at all. It's overpriced too. With 57/night you better spend that at Super 8 or Days Inn, you get free breakfast and clean room

This is a terrible place to go. Very very gross. I do not recommend bringing your family here to stay especially if you have little ones. It's trashy and scary. It's on a busy road but kind of hidden by an empty store.

They are exactly what they say they are - a clean motel. My 5 stars rating here shouldn't suggest that this is a luxury hotel. For the price, the room and the amenities are precisely what you would expect. I asked the managers how long they have been with the motel, and they said just a few months. It seems like they are working to make improvements.

This place doesn't deserve even one star, toilet clogged within 20 minutes of us being there, then wouldn't flush, so maintenance guy comes in and says sorry people have been flushing drug needles down the toilets. One room had bed bugs, they didnt act to concerned. Beds had nasty stains, walls had not been cleaned. The tub was dirty hair all over the towels. They charged us $78 spend a few extra bucks DON'T GO HERE

Clean rooms. If you get the right room the water is warm. Not hot but warm. The room I was in this time. Had warm water for the shower. But the TV did not work. They said they would come fix 8th in 5 minutes. But it was over 20 minute wait for help. And they sent their room clean

Rude service. Dirty room. Obvious high rate of drug activity & who knows what other illegal things happening. HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in,there was holes in the wall, bugs in the bathroom, and really dirty, And not worth the money!

Very dirty! Lots of bed bugs! we were in rooms 41 and 42 one day ago: I had to go to Urgent care today because of a lymphangitis caused by the bed bugs! The couple is nice though, but it really is the dirtiest place on earth!

Having just moved back to Utah -after having resided in Portland for several years (including one year being homeless on the streets)- I was 'forced'/'compelled' to resort to spending my limited funds on a motel with the most inexpensive weekly rates possible. After doing some extensive research, I settled on the Provo Traveler's Inn -expecting the worst.
When I initially made the reservation by phone, the main employee did warn me that I was going to check into a somewhat 'crummy' motel -which I understood. He and the other employee (his wife?) apparently are 'live-in-managers' and they are fairly empathetic and reasonable people.
Pros: The actual room I stayed in during my 'quasi-hellish' week was quite large: It had two full-sized beds, plenty of space in the main room, a T.V. with extended cable channels, a 'mini'-microwave and 'mini-fridge,' and a full-sized two-compartment bathroom.
Cons: Most everything was 'quasi'-broken or in a delapidated state: The room was lacking a trash can (I had to ask for one), the bed might have been the most uncomfortable I've ever used, both chairs were on the verge of falling apart, the heating unit was inconsistent (sometimes functioning well, sometimes not), a table had a leg that was shorter than the others, there was never hot water from either of the sinks in the bathroom (lukewarm shower; cold sink water).
Sure enough, as other prior reviewers claimed, cops were often on this motel property about every night: Nearly everyone that stays at this motel is the 'shady,' scummy, 'druggie-type.' People were often making lots of noise at night, getting into arguments and fights, and it appeared that a lot of homeless-type people were going into rooms. Nearly every night I spent, I had people knocking on my door late at night asking for someone that was in the room adjacent to mine -which was 'UBER'-annoying.
As renters are charged about 40 dollars a night, and as this motel is usually sold out every night, I'm sure that the managers 'COULD' afford to upgrade and 'fix' many dilapidated things. However, they simply seem to be too incompetent and too stupid to care or to be 'organized' enough to take care of these kinds of -and many other- issues, notwithstanding they seem to be reasonably nice people. I did directly ask both the man and his wife what to do if I noticed something was 'broken' in my roomand both of them stated that this is not a 'typical' motel: Things don't ever get fixed; I should ignore and 'live with' anything that is broken or non-functional in my room. In hindsight, I could have ended up with a much worse room that had even more things 'non-functional' or broken and there would've been nothing I could have done about it. Housekeeping is also nearly non-existent.
At least I had a 'barely acceptable' wi-fi signal while I stayed there and at least the T.V., microwave, and fridge functioned adequately. Not surprisingly, I was finally very glad to get the hell away from this 'shanty' and 'get the hell out of Dodge'response / report this review
